    Purchased 2 **** Beauty elephant ear bulbs on 5/2/22 for $26.85 which never bloomed. Upon contacting Hollie, she informed me that they no longer had the bulbs. I returned the dead bulbs on 7/11/22, 9:01 a.m. Have not received the refund.

    ******** is absolutely correct, when she reached out regarding the bulbs being mushy we told her that we would offer her a credit for the damaged bulbs. Even though Mrs. ***** decided to wait over a month to inform us that she received bad bulbs, and that we request to be informed of damaged products within 48 hours of delivery, we still offered her a credit anyways without hesitation. She said she wanted replacements, which we told her we did not have until next season, and that was the last we ever heard from Mrs. *****.

    I really wish that Mrs ***** would have taken the time to ask us for a refund, we would have processed that instead of the credit, which is our normal procedure in these cases. Taking a $20 order to the better business bureau seems like a bit much when you haven’t even spoken to the Business about it..  oh well, we have processed it now for her :)

    6/23 - Received email regarding bulbs
    6/24 - Responded saying we would offer a credit
    6/24 - ******** said she wanted to return them for new ones
    6/24 - We responded stating we are sold out and could not replace them

    Did not hear back from her ever again. (See attached screenshot of email correspondence)

    To anyone reading this, please give the business a chance to resolve these issues, bad reviews and unnecessary complaints really hurt small businesses, and in most cases (like this) are unnecessary and not accurate.

    Originally a refund was not offered. A credit was, as is defined per our website terms and conditions. A refund was issued when  received the original BBB complaint. I see no further action required.
