I've been a customer for many years and recently needed to have a small pile of yard clippings picked up. I called about 2 weeks ago to confirm that they would pickup and what the size rules/pickup day is for yard debris. I was told Fridays and given the max size of the pile. Great. I did my yard work Thursday, 9/22, and neatly rakes the pile by the road (small pile, within spec). Friday came and went with no pickup.
I called the following week to confirm the pickup days and ensure I didn't need to do anything else. She confirmed that I didn't need to schedule and to just leave the debris by the road and it would be picked up. Friday, 9/29, came and when it wasn't picked up by noon, I called and was told that they would DEFINITELY come by on monday, 10/2, and get it.
After calling a few times today (10/2) and assured it would be picked up today, it is now 8:15pm and it is still in my yard. Absolutely ridiculous.
3 times now I've been told it would be picked up and it hasn't happened. Such a simple matter and they have elected to permanently scar their reputation with me. They should reduce my bill if the can't effectively perform part of the services I pay for.

New customer. Been an unstellar experience to date as of 070523. When I called to start service they never delivered the can and I had to call and complain to get it. Then I am told my pickup day is Wednesday but everyone else has it out on Monday so I call to inquire and , OOPS so sorry it is Monday, really? I put it out and it gets picked up and thats the last time ever. Monday July 3rd I watched as the driver deliberately drove past my can, turned around in the cul de sac and drove by it again and looked directly at it and kept driving. I immediately called and relayed what transpired, more apologies, told to leave at curb and someone would come get it. NO ONE did. Called and complained yet again, no response, left message. Called again this morning and while they heard my message , decided not to even call me. Here I go again, called them, oh so sorry, told to leave at curb and it would be picked up by end of day? Define end of Day? 1715 and STILL NO PICK UP. Called again, no response, left yet another message. I have had it with this awful service, just continued lip service. I paid for a service and get NONE! just lip service. Stay AWAY from this company. I am looking for a new service provider. My trash is OVER FLOWING and I paid for this?

Customer emailed his paperwork to us and unfortunately it went to a spam folder. We found it when he called to complain that he'd not received his trash container. We did give him the wrong day initially. This is a brand new neighborhood so that can happen sometimes when lines haven't been established for very long. Fortunately it was caught in time and his can was emptied that day. When Mr. Boatman called to complain on July 3 our trucks were still in the neighborhood and we explained they were still coming. Our driver states when he came back by the container had been moved back to the customer's house. We asked the customer when he called again to complain to make sure he left his cart at the curb so it could be emptied. This is one of the busiest weeks of the year for us with the July 4 holiday. Mr. Boatman called before we were given the chance to return his call. The route supervisor is aware of this situation and is rectifying it himself. We appreciate each and every one of our customers and strive to provide the very best service to them! If Mr. Boatman can make sure his container is on the curb the night before his service day (Monday) each week we can ensure he will not have any more issues.
