    I rented a * **** from Bella Lox on Saturday ***** ******* at 10:25am and the ****** representative said it was a 24 hour rental and as long as I have it returned by Sunday ***** **** 2023 by 10:25 am I was good . I asked Kayla on Saturday would she be open on Sunday and she said yes sometime Sunday I would be there just put the key in the drop box. Sunday morning ***** ***2023 I returned the ****** back to the parking lot with it cleaned out and the gas back in it I put the key in the drop box as I was told. I didn't hear from her Sunday I called her Monday morning to see if she had gotten the keys from the drop box and she said yes I explained I couldn't check the ****** back in on Sunday because my phone was disconnected and she said that is fine . Do Monday ***** **,2023 she shen me a receipt where I was being charged for 2 days and not the one day and then an email saying I owed more money 37.00 dollars and then on Friday I received another email saying I owed 66.00 dollars now and the price went up after I filed a dispute with ****** about the charges and if I don't pay a lawyer will secure the money owed. I

    I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with ******. I have no desire to take any extra money from anyone. If I say something I'm more than confidently can stand on it. I try my best to go over and beyond for any customer of mine. If any issues or questions ever occur I am very opened to receive stop-ins, calls, text or even emails which none were made to Kayla M**** or Bella Lox. What it seems that happen was a glitch with ****** from when I came in on that Sunday and initially checked in the rental and when ***** **** hence the "signature" on the final receipt was thinking it was turned in the next day. Again I'm sorry that this occurred but if I would have contacted I would have went over and beyond to fix any issues that would had been against what I told you.
