    I applied and was denied for Wellington Square, in ****, **. I was denied supposedly based on my credit, but I find that hard to believe and heres why. While I know I dont have the highest credit score, I do know its higher than some of the people that have been approved, and thats coming from the tenants themselves. Also, I was told by several tenants at the property that the manager only focused on their background and work history so are the rules to qualify not the same for everyone because fro lm day one I was getting the runaround from the current manager. I had gotten a call from the outgoing manager informing me that a unit had come open and an appt. was made for me to bring my app and holding fees, and I was also told that documentation would be left for the new manager so she would know about putting me in the open unit. On the day of the appt, the current manager knew nothing about it so we had to reschedule. When we rescheduled, she didnt show up which caused me to miss time from work. We finally met and went over everything, the new manager my On Oct. 15th, I was told that the $100 holding fee would be returned to me and as of yet it has not. I have sent two emails, and left two voicemails for the manager at the property and have not received a call back as of today. I would really appreciate someone giving me a call back as soon as possible because its obvious that the the messages that I have been leaving on the apartment managers voicemail are being ignored.
