      I paid Days Inn by Wyndham Buckeye $180 for a room that I reserved for the night of March *****, 2025. The first room I was shown had black mold, urine, feces, and blood on the floors, walls, and in the shower. The second room had the same substances however it was not until the early hours of the morning of the 29th that I realized this. At that time I also realized that there were unknown stains as well as mold on the chair in the room. I brought this to the attention of the hotel manager as well as the ********************** itself, and I was told that because I stayed the night and did not leave, that I was only entitled to a 30 percent discount on the room. I am outraged, because I was not even aware of all of the biohazardous substances in the room until I had already stayed in the room overnight. This could have exposed myself and my son to life threatening communicable diseases. I also contacted the Maricopa County Arizona health department. When I called the customer service line for Wyndham, I spoke to *****, who made a veiled threat on my life by making reference to "no one put a gun in your face and threatened to pull the trigger" when I stated that I had no choice but to stay in the room and was not even aware of the substances in the shower and bathroom walls. I should get a full refund as my health was put in jeopardy by this incident. A 30 percent discount is not nearly enough. ***** also stated that I have no right to speak or contact the company as he felt the complaint was resolved.

      I made reservations by calling the business, they emailed a reservation confirmation and charged my **** accordingly for a July 13-July 15 stay, they were notified that I was traveling with a pet. When I arrived onsite to check in, I was charged additional money, because they did not have a king room available, even though that is what I paid for, and have the original receipt/ confirmation. Because of this error on their part, they charged ME additional monies. I was not notified prior to them changing my room type so once I entered my room, I immediately called the front desk, and requested a refund. I was told by ***** that I would be charged a cancellation fee because I did not give them 24 hr notice. I explained my situation to her, and she agreed and sympathized with me but told me I would have to call ******* to complain. Which I did after I checked out and discovered they charged me 4 separate times for the stay using my **** on file. Including the additional $20.00 charge which they should not have charged me. I did speak to their General Manager on Monday 7/15 and he verbally agreed to refund at least the overcharges, but then told me he was not going to because I offended him by telling him that this situation was "pathetic" and I should not have to pay for a mistake that was caused by them. I have this conversation recorded but I am unable to email it. The hotel room itself...was disgusting, I have photos from arrival, when I was forced to stay, unable to cancel, and I have photos of the room upon checkout because I was afraid that they would charge me additional money without my authorization. The door to the room, you had to slam in order to get the lock to engage. Someone attempted to open our door, forcefully, at 4am. There was no hot water in the sink area. The mini-fridge was dirty and not staying cold. The linens were soiled as well.

      Checked in Sunday, Feb 26th. Room had no power and was not properly cleaned. Ice container had brown sticky substance, bed spreads show visible stains, headboards have greasy smears all over. There are renovations in progress. I contacted the front desk and was given the option to change rooms or wait about 20 minutes. I waited, no big deal. The power was restored soon after. Then, from 3:30-8pm there was full construction work and the cleanup. Drills whirring, banging, including in the room next door. This was even understandable to a point. There were two small, unattended children who were allowed to run through the halls literally screaming and crying for an hour and a half. I contacted the front desk and was told they would tell them to stop being loud. No apology even. Then, work in the room above us occurred from 9pm until at least midnight. We considered checking out. But with another blizzard in store for the area we extended through Thursday, March 2nd. 7:45am the room above is being vacuumed for ten minutes with the vacuum left running in one spot. Front desk said they would take care of it. It continued until they were finished. Even for a value hotel this place is horrible. I'm a homeless veteran and I wouldn't even recommend it.
