    Contractor is a fraud. ********************* (owner) lies as to what he will do vs. what he does. He replaced siding and roofing on our house all of which is installed improperly with no manufacturers warranty. He over charges based on his quotes. He and his *************************** stole from the us our wood from our garage and the wood they took off the house. They are thiefs and need to be prosecuted. Additionally they left no extra product to what put on the house. Over half the house was not painted just primed. There are major roof leaks he never addressed. He never changed our gutters to match as he invoiced. Simply put he is a criminal.

    This project dates back to 2021.  Unfortunately, this customer has missed all payment dates in the contract and bounced a check and 13 changes after the contract was signed (we usually have zero changes).  We believe this customer never intended to pay us.   We have went above and beyond in conducting numerous meetings and phone calls since April (the last missed payment).  With no resolve, we have been forced to place contractor liens on the property.  We have documented all phone calls and meetings,keep GPS records on times and dates our crew has worked on the site, and detailed pictures of before during and after the project. In the 20 years we have been in business, over **** customers, we have only had to place liens twice.
