    I hired this company to re-side my house in Rapid City SD. I signed the contract on 7/29/24 with a start date of 8/13/24. I paid half of the amount down which was $9,370.71 with remainder due upon completion. To this point some of the skirting is complete (not all) and the back and one or more sides have been stripped of the old siding and left bare (no new siding applied). Some of the soffit has also been done (not all) It is a 28X56 mobile home on approximately 3/4 of an acre. It is now October 23, 2024, heading into the winter months.
    There is a young family of 4 renting my place, two small children in the mix and I am worried about the colder weather coming in before the job is complete. I have repeatedly been given many excuses as to why it is not yet done. None of which are cogent.

    There are three sides that have been stripped of old siding and left with no new siding applied. I have a document from Knecht's home center of the "QUOTE" that Christopher Lewis Exteriors got on 8/22/24, it is just a quote and not a purchase order!
