Best service around!
We found ourselves unfortunately with no heat in some bitter cold weather. I called and they sent someone over right away. He not only fixed our furnace but waited to make sure it worked before leaving. Very polite and professional and very knowledgeable. Great service! Thanks ??Loyal Plumbing

1 starThey came to my house to do a very simple plumbing job. They quoted me $460 and tried to get me to agree to that price. When I said it was too high for the work they lowered the price to $260. The parts were about $35. The project took 15 minutes. So basically they are billing $800 an hour. The fact that they quoted so much higher then almost cut it in half makes me wonder how many other families they had taken advantage of. At $260 I knew they were still high but I needed the faucet installed this week as I had already waited. I would never recommend them based on price gouging alone. I called the supervisor over the deceptive practices and he said they should of charged the higher amount. Which would be $1600 an hour. They way they do their prices quotes its a task. Not parts and labor. Thus you really don't know what they are charging for labor.Review fromChris S

1 starOne of their drivers deliberately caused an unsafe incident on Omaha Street which almost caused me to wreck. I called into their office to report it and the snowflakey woman that answered the phone was more interested in my excitable tone, being that I was almost injured or killed, than she was about listening to my report about one of their enraged drivers terrorizing the citizens of Rapid City. Not the kind of people you want fixing your pipes.Review fromJune B

5 starsThey were not only professional and friendly but they explained every step they took and although the appointment was for 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, they stayed until the job was done so that we weren't without hot water over the weekend. I was impressed with everything they did.
