      ER will kill you!!!! Sat for 2 hours in a room with possible head and spinal injury. No Dr.. Nurse gave ice and that was it!!! Anything happens I will sue them. Too many close to death mistakes by both our ER depts

      Sanford Health Plan Insurance is a joke! My company is with them and told me since their system booted out my insurance plan when I signed on with them, they'd back date my insurance and I'd get the money back for what I spent on the medications I needed! I spent $345.95. I understood the $9 medication wasn't covered thanks to pharmacy wording.

      Now, I get a check for $46.05. Where is the other $290.90? Where is the correct amount of money I am owed?

      A Doctor named Kathy G******* was a terrible MD who gave me an Rx causing Severe Stomach Bleed and neglected diagnostics on Chest Pain for 3 years. I had to go to Avera hospital who was proactive and found source of Pain immediately, but when I returned and told Dr. G******* to leave her care she was scornful because Avera made her look even more negligent along with Sanford, so this MD sabotaged my care internally then externally at Avera and Independant Clinics. Avera made an excuse to frame in Sanford's retaliation. Because I wanted to postpone an Invasive Lung procedure during a new Covid Wave during Pandemic they banned at Sanfords request for obtaining 2nd opinions. Then Sanford began to forge and alter Medical Records to retaliate further. Both hospitals ruined services for me a patient with CKD, Lung Nodules and potential Cancerous even went as far as neglected HBP when I had multiple readings of elevated dangeround HBP

      This has turned out to be the worst place to go for care. Doctors will not look at history. They push you to specialists who refuse to diagnose. And back to where you started with kinds words of “Good Luck!” Nothing but a money machine. When the nurses tell you that they can’t even stand the system you know it’s a waste. Will never recommend this place.

      Patient Relations Fargo ND, talked to a Debby who spent the time talking through me, over me, and cutting me off at every word. When you explain to any Sanford medical office you need Public relations they get excited that you are calling PR and now I know why. Debby is an expert at gaslighting, manipulating, and doing all she can to upset you so that she has an excuse to not do any real work and just hang up on you. The cure to this is to record your conversation with everyone, once she knew I was recording is when she decided to behave. I still had to repeat everything she refused to allow me to say the first 3 times. We live in a world of technology so utilize it to protect yourselves from people like Debby and the medical staff who are more than happy to utilize bad employees like Debby. I got "What do you expect us to do about it?" my reply "I don't know your policies so you let me know what you plan to do about it". So even after recording it was still unprofessional childish-type attitudes so I won't hold my breath.

      Worst experience ever with their excessive prices and failure to file a claim. They never billed my secondary insurance, now I have to try to get my $1000 from my insurance I paid Sanford cash.

      We are asked to call in and to tell them our summer address change. I called twice there is no record of it. I called the 877-629-. I’ve checked into the Fargo 32ns ave clinic and the Lidgerwood clinic this summer and they had our summer address but somehow the main billing office doesn’t get that memo. In spite of the two calls o made and checking twice at clinics to make sure the address is changed. I made sure I did it this year because last year I learned they do not forward medical bills … also set up a payment plan for the two different billings we have from Sanford. However they are two different amounts and when I missed the correct amount on one of the two bill (paying 44$ less than the plan) they tell me it’s my third notice of being past due. When calling the above number today they stated I didn’t pay the correct amount and the letter of payment plan went to the winter address - it is very very frustrating. I make monthly payments and yet it isn’t enough as they are keeping up tier end of the bargain in changing the address and getting information to me. I feel I’ve done my part and still am getting past due notices. Where is the accountability for Sanford billing?? * I have a long and sorted story about last summer trying to get my addresss change to go through as well which I can share if needed. The process is poorly handled by Sanford billing.

      We went to the er with my baby. The er doctor was rude, condenseding. Pretty much yelled at over a question that I awenserd correctly multiple times as if I was stupid to find out he was incorrect about the dosage amount of what i should be giving my daughter from the chart i got through them. Didn't give us any treatment info or let us know any diagnosis or what was going on when we were being admitted. And let alone the er room we were in had dried blood all over the floor.

      After many years with Sanford, I’m moving to Avera. The ball has been dropped too many times. This is my health we are talking about but no one seems to care since my primary doctor went to another facility!

      Overall Sanford in worthington MN is getting worse, I talking about ER and clinic, Drs. Only prescribes medicine for cold or pain, and in ER only pee in a cup and is all bladder infection. Its is socks how expensive is paid for just getting this poor service.
