      TN Quick Cash clerk Deven should to be fired ASAP!!! I have been a customer here for 2 yrs and sometime things get a little short with the high prices of food, gas, life, ect but I thought the propose of these types of business's was to provide relief to someone that has the means of paying it back. Before I came in I already was able to see the amount that I could take out which was around $83-$87 not much but it would hold me over until I got paid also keep in mind paying this money back has interest, Deven she told me that I could only take out $40 I told her about the email that I got that said different so I went back to my car to get my phone came back in to show her she then went to the back to call the district manager Mike R**** and spoke to her colluge Tom which said that I actually had $127 I could use if I waited a few more days but that they could honor the email that was sent so after thinking and processing that I was going to wait to get the money that would be more but I changed my mind and decided to just request $50 (MY MONEY NOT HER'S) and here is where it gets out of control mind you I seen how she was starting to act towards me so I started recording the conversation and glad I did because it is now on ******. Deven says and I quote " ALL THAT FOR $50 ***** DOLLARS?" Now I understand you might be thinking did she say it in the back when she went to speak to Tom? NO she said it right to my face of course standing behind a bullet proof glass window I was of course taken back since I have never had a issue with this place and last time I checked it's my money to take out IDC if it was $5 it is still my money so to tell me "ALL THAT FOR $50 ****** DOLLARS was totally out of line Tom comes to defend her saying he hurd nothing but later changed his story once I let him know about the recording even told me he would call the police on me to have me escorted off the property mind you I had done nothing to these ppl I refused the money at that point .
