      What a mistake hiring this company to move my one couch, table, and bed frame. While the movers themselves were nice and handled my things with care, they did also hit my house and rip off my siding and gutter. Hey, accidents happen. I get it, but also it needs to be taken care of and their customer service after this incident has been appalling. No follow up call, or email, stating what timeline I can expect to talk to someone or even know about how long this process could take. Anytime I would call to get any sort of update their staff would be incredibly rude to me stating that "Someone would call me." I just now finally got an update from someone that "They will call me tomorrow morning". So to me, they either have so many complaints about their movers damaging items or property that their staff can't keep up or they don't care enough to urgently address the damages caused by their employees. Both of which are reasons I wouldn't recommend them to anyone or use them in the future. Save yourself the trouble and do the same.

      Negative stars for this company if I could. Not responsive and very unprofessional. Used this chain in TX they took care of business so of course use them again in TN. Right. Oh my gosh worst mistake ever! Not only did they overcharge and we paid for three movers and only got two. We had to move 50% of our stuff just to get it done in a normal move timeframe otherwise would have been 8 hours to move just from a pod into our home. The two young gentlemen that they sent did the best they could. Was not going to go back and forth with them. They were exhausted! Contacted this company numerous times was even told they were going to refund the funds which I have in writing and of course it has never happened. How do you overcharge someone and not immediately return the funds. Even have video of my husband and myself moving the items. And do not get me started on the damages. Which they stated they would repair. Yeah right. Of course we have done it. At this point will need to spend additional money legally just to make a point! Save yourself a headache and additional money and use a more professional company.

      This company dumped 2 large metal shelves in the dumpster area of my business without permission. I have it on camera. I have tried to contact them 3 separate times regarding removing the illegally dumped junk from my property. They have given me the runaround twice and flat out hung up on me once.
