      This company completed a heat treatment for bed bugs at my home on 2/26/25 and promised a 30 day guarantee. That same night we found live bugs so we sent ***** vdeos. He sent his nephew back to our home on 2/28/2025 he provided heat treatment for 1 bedroom but claimed he did not see any live bugs. The next morning we found live bugs in other rooms. We went 4 days without seeing any bugs so to not waste the company's time I called and told him not to come inspect a 3rd time that we would give it a few more days to be sure the bugs were still in our house before having him come back. He then blocked my number and I could only get through to him by calling from a different number. He is now refusing to honor his warranty and we still have bed bugs. He is lying saying we brought the bugs back in our home. I am requesting he come treat the home again and get rid of the bugs as he promised or refund my money so I can hire someone else. I have done everything he said to do to honor the warranty so he is in breech of contract.

      I called for the service of this business and they came out and gave a warranty and within less then a week the problem was back and when calling to have the issue resolved the business owner argued with me and was going to charge me for an additional service. He was very rude and was looking for any reason to not honor his warranty. I was so frustrated and decided to cancel the service because the owner lied. He did not correct the problem and just took my money without fixing the problem and then tried to blame it on me. I don't want anyone else to get taken advantage of considering I'm new to the area and I am a health care provider. My needs were not met and I had to get service through someone else which was more money.
