      I called twice on 3/4/24 once to see if they accepted healthy benefits through the insurance company she told me no which isnt true then again to retrieve the amount of my elderly father bill so I could pay it while he is ill. ***** not only refuse to give me the amount due so I can pay the bill for when he returned home she was very rude and disrespectful. She has a very nasty attitude and shouldnt be allowed to speak with the public with her demeanor. I didnt request any further information. As a matter of fact I know the account number etcjust wanted to make sure I was paying the exact amount before proceeding. How is paying a bill for someone a bad thing or a crime. Then I told her he was ill she showed zero concern told me he would have to call. I told her he was unable to speak at the moment. She then stated can he get to a phone or can you get a phone to him. Like maam what part of ill you dont understand. This company including ***** has given him the hardest time in the past. You would thing they would have compassion and more respect for the elderly but they dont.
