      My experience with celero has always been pleasant. My rep is attentive and helps make sure that my business needs are always met. The customer service department is always quickly available and ready to help trouble shoot in the event of technical interruption. The best part is that celero helped save my company hundreds if not thousands of dollars in fees that our previous company was charging us.

      I am a customer of Celero's and I am shocked to see some of the bad reviews below. I signed up with Gladys and she was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent. She explained the fees and anytime I have an issue or a question, she answers her phone even after hours or on the weekends. I would highly recommend her and Celero to any business owner who truly wants to know about this industry. Not all processors are shady and I am pleased to say that this one and Gladys are definitely NOT. Thank you Gladys for helping me save money and streamline my business.

      I recently had the displeasure of using this credit card processor for my medical practice ,I must say the experience was absolutely terrible. I will not be using them in future and urge you to avoid at all cost.
      They have withheld payments that were associated with another practice totally owned by another individual. My office manager worked for that practice at one time.
      They have no right to with hold our payments and I will be seeking legal action to recover but should not have to resort to that.
      Forget about calling their customer service and talking to a live person. when we finally got a person named Kyle he was very rude and and unhelpful in solving the problem.
      Overall, I would strongly advise against using this credit card processor.

      I was about to sign up for this merchant and had contacted them to be my third merchant as I put down really large deposits for my builders. Over 650k in credit card transactions this year.
      I spoke with Brian M*** and he was pushy, rude, and uses profanity in his text messages which is a real turnoff.
      I normally don't waste any time on these reviews, but this was truly an exception. I will pass on to anyone considering using this company how unprofessional it is.
      I was given a contract yesterday and asked to sign it without even having the time to read it. It hasn't even been 24 hours, and the manager " Albert" voided it. All I asked was to read it.
      I was told that they weren't gonna play any games? Not sure what that means. All I asked was to see a picture of the terminal as I want a touch screen and something that looked good for the office. I also asked about the paper, and your typical questions one would have for a merchant.
      At this point, I wouldn't use this service even if it was free. Buyer Beware.

      • The Merchant went through an application with us back on June 23rd, 2022. At that time, the application was cancelled since the merchant was unwilling to supply the needed information to be reviewed and accepted.
      • No additional contact was made with merchant again until the merchant reached out directly to the sales representative stating they were in a position that they really needed to find a new merchant processor.
      • After initial discussions, the merchant did not wish to pay the terminal cost. We decided, as a favor, to cover a portion of that cost out of pocket if the merchant could complete the application by end of day. The merchant's internet went out and requested more time, which we extended to the following day. After the extended deadline expired then the merchant contacted our sales representative asking why he could not complete application.
      • After further discussions all contact between the sale representative and the merchant was discontinued.

      Would give no stars if I could. Salesperson met us in our office and couldn't have been more clear with rates and cancellation. Promised over and over we could cancel anytime with no rates and they would only take $50 a month from our account. They have taken more than $50 monthly and charge additional processing fees. Currently taking $70 a month and we don't use them AT ALL. I was forced to cancel our entire bank account bc after placing a stop on the auto withdrawals they did a force payment under a different business name. To cancel I must give them permission to take $500 out of our account. The salesperson withheld pages of the contract intentionally and does not have my signature on anything agreeing to this, yet nobody within the company will do a thing to help. Absolute nightmare.

      Celero Commerce sales representative called today with his sales pitch. Seemed like a nice fellow, until my third decline response ended in him hanging up on me, mid sentence. If this doesn't show the true colors, I don't know what will.

      They hook you in promising a better rate. It's a lie. And the service isn't processing in a timely manner. And they hold funds until it's convenient for them. Worse thing I did was signing on with them. Thank God I still have my square.
