      I was charged $47.66, $94.21, $47.66, $94.21, $47.66, $95.21, $47.66, $94,21, $47.66, $94.21, $47.99, $7.66, $84.76, $94.21, 10.65, $104.85. $47.66 was charged 5 times! $94.21 was charged 4 times. Please refund ALL OF MY MONEY. I DID NOT RECEIVE A PRODUCT FROM YOU. Please leave a text message. Thanks, ******

      One star, because -5 isn't a choice.
      This place charged me for 4 items from ****** when I ordered one. It never gave me the chance to approve the purchase. And does not give you a chance to change the order. It is a scam. I am currently getting the money back from my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

      I am reporting EcomLT LLC to the BBB and the state's attorney generals office. What a deceptive and dishonest company! I immediately cancelled my order when I realized my mistake with ordering. I was not allowed to stop the transaction. I was not able to communicate with anyone since the phone number listed and the email were not in service! I will certainly warn others about this dishonest company, and I say that very loosely.

      Worse purchase ever, I placed an order for one ****** knife ($24.98) and I was charged for four knives ($130.84). I attempted to cancel the order within an hour or less of placing it, but I was not able to get anyone to respond. I asked for a return label paid by this EcomLT LLC out of Brentwood, TN, but it was never sent to me. What a scam. This is a complete FRAUD. They deserve the lowest rating. Their product is also made in the People's Republic of China. Sad to have a company from TN selling this so-called Japanese made ****** knives. Very disappointed practice, I am still trying to solve this issue with ****** and this so call business, which has been giving me the run around.

      Shame on me as these scammers (ECOMITT, LLC) got me TWICE. Once when I ordered ONE Matsato knife and they sent me FOUR and then this order when I ordered one Klaudena seat cushion and they sent me FOUR. Of course they charged me for four in both cases although that's not what was ordered. Talk about elder abuse. I need to find someone who knows how to create one of those websites that blast the heck out of a company. so we can truly nail their rears to the wall.

      What an absolute sham this company is. NEVER placed an order for 4 pillows, not confirmed it and when I put in my credit card number, within 20 minutes, a security alert came on my card for another company. Had to cancel my card and in the meantime I did speak to Ann to cancel the order (the very next day). What a fiasco. She reassured me it was canceled and than I received a shipping confirmation a few days later. Called again to verify it was canceled and was informed that the pkg already went out. What the *****!!!!! They told me to return them; however, the post office said it would cost me $87 to send it to Lithuania. OMG this whole thing is incredible. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Have a dispute going with my credit card company. I'm not paying for them. I'll keep them and give to ******** or ********* ***** ***** *

      I was charged for items I did not order. When I inquired through Morning Save, I was directed to ECOMLT for guidance on how to return the merchandise.. First step was to obtain a return merchandise number and then I was to ship back and pay the postage. Well the address was Lithuania. No one addressed my emails but kept opening a ticket.
      It cost $90.00 to ship. It was not until after the merchandise was mailed they refunded my money. I tracked the package to find out it was shipped back to me.
      I am furious.

      I’m with the last review given!
      The same happened to me!!
      This company sent me 3 units when I ordered more attachments AND they deduced $29.76 for a restocking and service fee!!!!
      I returned it with the whole package not even opened!!
      I sent emails, tried calling and yet the ignorance still prevailed!!
      The name of this company is ECOMITT, LLC, which is affiliated with Synoshi!
      NO STARS……………
      The review was flagged cause I didn’t give any stars, so I had to put one.????
