  I saw a commercial on YouTube for a ********** memory foam pillow. I started the order process on ********** and nearly to the end of it, I realized this was a company trying to get me to add as much to my order as they could. Even their order process made it almost impossible to order JUST the single item. I did not press "Confirm" my order and went to close the web page. Just then I received an order confirmation that my card had been charged. I contacted the company by email and chat (they never answered my phone calls. Their continued response is that no cancellations were allowed and that I would like the pillow once I received it. They took my money from my credit card even though I NEVER completed the order. Very dishonest business. I have not quit fighting for my order cancellation and have lodged a "dispute" on their charge with my credit card company. Watch out. Very vague order process designed to get you to add products to your order. When I quit the order process and did not submit my order, they charged my credit card anyway.

  Ordered a single product, order got mistaken with order never accepted. End result single order was processed with additional 4 units not wanted, Final process stated return to Company at address in Lithuania cost of which almost equaled costs of the 4 units. Not an acceptable process.

  I am VERY disturbed and disappointed in the ******* item I ordered. I expected to order 1 item and they sent me 4. I immediately contacted ****** to open a dispute and also contacted EcomLT. It has now been 2 months and 20 contacts (emails, phone calls, no call backs) with EcomLT. I simply want to return the unopened items and get my FULL refund. I cannot believe it has taken this long and has been this hard. I would not recommend this company or its products to anyone! Their response is deplorable!!!

  TOOK FOREVER TO RECIEVE THIS PRODUCT and the description and the items did not meet what they advertised. Tried to returned these items and they wanted me to send over seas and would cost me more than what I paid for. The invoice shows: EconLT LLC located at Circle, Brentwood, TN and they charged me $9.96 in shipping. Why can't I returned these items to that locations and not over seas?

  My experience was almost exactly the same as Cheryl L. Ordered one synoshi scrubber as well as several accessories.
  They billed me for four of everything. They also signed me up for monthly renewals on the purchase. A total of $243.00. I contacted them less than an hour after the purchase. They claimed they would cancel the order and provided a cancellation number. Two days later they claimed it had all already been shipped. Contacted PayPal and they stopped further payments and started a resolution claim stating I would most likely be refunded all funds. This company is a complete and total fraud and should be brought up on charges.

  I purchased a product online. I was charged for 4 items ($107.67) when I only requested 1 item (approx. $45). I immediately contacted the merchant requesting cancelation of the order. I was told the order would be canceled and a refund would be issued. The order was delivered anyway. I contacted the merchant stating that the package has not been opened and I would like to return it for refund. From that point on, the merchant has been giving me the run around and I have gotten no where since with them.

  Awful. Almost the same as Teresa. Ordered one Synoshi Spinner and was given the option to add-on attachments. I ordered one of each but was charged for four of each and they started a subscription for more. I immediately sent an email to the company and they said the items had already been shipped (really? Two minutes later? Really?) I called their customer service center to cancel when they opened on Monday. They assured me they cancelled all of my orders, as requested. NOPE. Over $200 of charges posted on my card 3 days later. I disputed the charges…but because I had initially actually ordered one of each and they delivered them, Capital One/VISA had no fraud category for that. If I wanted a refund I would need to return the items.
  So EcomLT has found a loophole in the law and are exploiting it despite pushback from consumers, banks and credit card companies. Not only that, they did this over the holidays when it was difficult to meet deadlines for submitting supporting documentation. I did meet deadlines but it didn’t matter.
  I submitted a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding this matter and urge others to do the same.

  I wish there were negative stars for this scam site. I was browsing a product, (Synoshi scrubber), & every time I scrolled, items were added to my invisible cart. Suddenly, an order completion banner popped up & my PayPal was charged over $200.00 for 4 units & multiples of various accessories. I immediately called their customer service line & was eventually given a cancellation number. However, the promised email informed me that the order had already been processed & shipped. Talk about warp speed! Well, the package arrived, with a 6 inch rip in it. I requested that it be returned & was issued a label that will not modify to print to ship this heavy package to Lithuania, at my expense! The item was shipped from NY! I am going to keep trying to resolve this, but I don’t know if it can be.

  This Company is a big rip off!!! Synoshi lied about the return. I ordered one set and received 2 sets after I canceled the order. Also they offered a discount but didn't receive. I use PayPal and found out when I visited PayPal that I was charged the whole amount. I went to Post office to return and they said it would $40.00 to ship. $138.36 leaving me $98,36 back. Don't buy from

  I ordered ONE pillow and ONE pillowcase and they sent me FOUR pillows on one order and FOUR pillowcases on another order, even though I did both items at the same time. I called them immediately and a girl in a "remote" location put me on hold to call the warehouse to cancel the order as I didn't want anything from this scam. I also called PayPal to dispute it. Yesterday, I recan email that the order shipped! I called again and talked to "Paul" he offered me 50% off to keep them and I told him absolutely not, I wanted a full refund and I was refusing the order. He put me on hold and came back saying I would get a full refund and to keep the items, which I plan to donate to a homeless organization. Today, I got an email that I received a refund of the 71.26 of the 116.81, with no credit of the pillowcase order of 46.82. This is a scam!
