      I've been hitting Unsubscribe to all emails to no avail. I've responded STOP, and still receive them. I've called the store where I bought a bag of birdseed and was hung up on. I'm still getting emails in my principal, promotion and spam folders. This has become harassment.

      I would like the money from this order refunded to this account along with a ******************** gift card of some sort for not ever delivering or following up with me in terms of the return in regards to this order. I made the order for *************************** on June ******* and called to confirm I would receiving the order three times since ordering. I was told by two reps that it was in transit. This was and is not true. I never heard anything else and thought my money was refunded. I would like the money I owe for Zip given back to me from Tractor Supply. The amount is attached in the screenshot. I am owed a total of ***** (which is also an overcharge.)

      A refund has been processed and will go back to your payment method within 3-5 business days. You may receive a *** label/packing slip via email, please delete.

      We'll also be creating a gift card for $35.00.  You'll receive an email the gift card was created. Within 24 hour a second email will arrive, that will be the actual gift card.  It will have a gift card number and pin to be scratched off.  It can be used online or in store. 

      In regards to your credit, we do not have the ability or authority to adjust as it violates your privacy laws.

      April 24, 2024 went to TSC and they had advertised a $50 statement credit with opening of new credit card. I opened the account with a customer *** and made an initial $74 purchase. When the credit card bill came due there was no credit. I disputed the charge and the store refused to admit the correct amount. I called the store and they said it could ***********-8 weeks. It has now been 3 months. I have talked to the manager of the store multiple times. She has admitted the promotion and lied multiple times about when/if the credit would be issued. The credit card refuses to dispute the charge and has now added $70 in fees. Both the store management and the credit card refuse to help.

      Replying to message from *************************. I have not heard from the company and they have done nothing to resolve the issue. They advertised $50 credit for opening a credit account and never issued it, despite phone calls where they repeatedly promised it would appear. No manager actually takes responsibility.

Per the terms and conditions advertised on the TSC website, it is explained that the $50 reward is provided to customer's in their ********* club accounts and not a credit to their bank statement, once all requirements are met. I have sent a $50 electronic gift card to the provided email address as a one time courtesy due to misinformation and inconvenience experienced. 
      Additionally, I am so sorry for any issues youve experienced with your TSC Credit Card. For security purposes, the Customer Solutions team doesnt have access to any TSC Personal or Business Card account or banking information to see the terms of your specific card agreement. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes or adjustments to one's credit card account. For help with anything regarding your account, we recommend to please contact Citibanks TSC Representatives at **************** and theyll be happy to help! Their regular operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST.

      We bought a Cub Cadet riding lawnmower, a year ago in ******, and a protection plan with it, it has a manufactures warranty for 5 years. Our problem is that it needs repair that is covered under the manufactures warranty but no one is responding to the complaint, my riding mower has been broken sown since 7-16-2024, I have contacted power plus (asurion) about this on numerous occasions, they have said that someone will contact us about repair but no one has as of yet, that's been 10 days ago we have called multiple times and have not had any resolution. they keep saying that CXN which is a company that handles the assignment to local service centers will call us for a location to have it picked up and repaired, and they have not been in contact either, there number is **************. I have called a cub cadet dealer company's name is ************************ located in ******** there number is ************ and no one is answering the service number. I'm so disgusted with this, i was hoping that you could find a resolution to this problem. Please Please, help. My grass is growing I have 2 and a half acres.

      On July 9th I placed an order for a Cub Cadet 54 in. 23 HP Gas-Powered Ultima Zero-Turn Mower, ZT1-54 P. When I ordered the Mower it had me setup a delivery date and time. The date selected was July 19th. My credit card was charged for the full amount plus tax for a total of $4,713.99. I called for an update as the order didnt arrive on the agreed date and time and was told the order had not been shipped. I was also told it was not tractor supplys problem and I should contact the shipping company. The shipping companies information was never given. The customer service representative from ********************** said they could not refund my money. They didnt know when the mower would ship or arrive and said there was nothing they could do and hung up the phone when I asked them to help contacting the shipping company as I was never giver that information from tractor supply during the ordering process.

      Order number ********** I have made two attempts to contact tractor supply about this matter. The first phone call I was hung up on. The second phone call a supervisor refused to take my call.Last week I made an order for pickup. My order total was ******. I used 5 $20 rewards making my order total to be paid 4.32$. When I picked my order I was informed they only had one bag of chicken feed making the new total $*****. Tractor supply used 4 $20 coupons to pay for this order and still charged me $4.32,even tho the 4 $20 coupons totaling $80 would of covered it. Why wasnt the order paid for with the $80 of rewards? In my opinion this is a scam to steal peoples rewards. The websites inventory was wrong. If I would of know this my order would of been ***** and I would of paid nothing. Put they have setup their website to purposely ***** the customer. To date I have still not been refunded for the 5th $20 reward. I would like to be refunded the 5th 20$ reward plus another $20 reward for the 4.32 I shouldnt have been charged plus the hassle.

      I purchased a medium hive box from Tractor Supply *******, ** 7/5/24. The hive box was packaged damaged (the side of the hive box was broken and packaged broken). Today was the first opportunity for me to return the item to the store; however, Thai the store associate refused to return the item. I ask for the store manager (*****) but she refused to address the issue. I contacted customer service; however, they *********************** representative) stated no action can be taken on their part because it is soley at the discretion of the store associate and manager.

      05/24/2024 placed order online in store in the amount of $46.10 then it was canceled on the 26th and never got my money back even after I've called ************ a few times , It's July 9th now and they say that they're still working on it .       i made a online order thru Commerce Ga Tractor supply in march 2024. Part of the order was delayed so i had to have my material and found it at another tractor supply in ******** Ga which had it in stock. They were supposed to credit my card when i picked up the other part of order. They supposedly got that handled thru customer service that day. As of today i still have not gotten a credit for fence that i never received from online. It seems that the Citibank tractor supply card ** is pointing fingers at the actual store and the actual store is having a hard time with getting them to finalize the credit?       I ordered a same day delivery. The delivery was dropped off on the land/street in front of my home. Not delivered to my property. It was then taken due to not being on my property. When I called customer support, I was dismissed by both the agent and supervisor. Tory and ******. I called the store location & dismissed as well. I should not be liable & billed for lack of delivery practice by thier 3rd party. As an injured veteran household-deplorable.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      I am immediately filed a police report.  The delivery being left on public property which is not a curb or my property.  

      I don't care for your legal advice or excuses.  If the items would have been left on my actual property or drive way, I would only be upset with the individuals that took the delivery items.  Your company left the items where trash is put for pick up on the public grass domain.  My fence, drive way & door are very clear to the naked eye.  Simply won't shop tractor supply again.
