I have been trying to pay and set up my Credit card online and I keep being told there is a security issue apparently.Been going back and for days I just received my card today and called and again they can't help me. I have to wait for a call. I'm literally trying to pay my credit card why is this so difficult. Never have I had issues setting up online and it trying pay my bill. On May 24 I placed an order for an outdoor rabbit hutch only for the order to randomly be canceled. I called to get it sorted out and got told some nonsense excuse of "We reached out to your bank and they told us the billing address you provided does not match their records." Got it somewhat sorted out but had to place another order for the product. This time I received an email and text notification that the order was received and the money was immediately taken out. Between bills and other financial obligations by May 25 I had around $90 left.I checked my online banking app on May 27 and saw that I had over $200 which made zero sense to me but I quickly realized that Tractor Supply had refunded me but I never received any communication that the order was canceled. I continued to check my banking app for the next 3 days and Tractor supply still hasn't pulled the money so on May 30, I have an unexpected expense come up that I needed to take care of so I do. When I check my mobile banking app later that day, I see I'm now in the red because Tractor supply took the money back. I've tried to resolve this issue and I'm just running around in circles now.This is now the fifth time I'm telling Tractor Supply to just cancel my order and refund my money back because at this point I don't even want the cage. I just want this whole experience to be over with.Business Response

I sincerely apologize for any delays or inconvenience you have experienced. I understand how frustrating this process has been in reference to getting your requested order cancelled. Once an online order is placed we advised per the TSC website we are unable to cancel the order outside of the 59 minute window after an order is created. As a result we were unable to cancel the order at the time of your request which lead to the shipment of your online order. Upon further review of the online order, it has been delivered to your home address as of 6/1/2024. We have initiated the return process in order to process the requested refund. Please feel free to return the item to any local TSC store or by shipping it back with the provided free return label.

When I called customer service (reference number ******** she confirmed that my order was going to be cancelled and my money would be refunded. I'm not confirming a **** thing with you, you're confirming my refund for my CANCELLED ORDER. I've already initiated a chargeback, I have to receipts to back up my claim that I tried resolving this issue with you privately. One way or another I'm getting my money back.

On February 29th, I received a call about a payment due on my Tractor Supply card that I was unaware of. The total bill was $86.01, which included a $30 late fee. I told the person who I spoke to that I did not receive that **** and would be happy to pay for the items I purchased but did not agree with the late fee (53% of the overall transaction). The *** got a manager or someone else on the phone to help and she agreed to waive the $30 late charge. I paid the $56.01 over the phone at that time and asked that my account be closed with a ZERO balance. Fast forward a couple months and I start getting calls from an unknown number and when I answer, no one was on the line. I eventually blocked the number assuming it was telemarketers. Then I get voicemails from Citibank thanking me for being a customer and they are trying to collect a debt. I check my regular Citibank card and it is fine, so again I thought it was a fraud call. Fast forward further, I get a credit report stating I have an overdue account with ******************** (ie CitiBank). I called today and now there is a $129+ overdue balance on the account.... an account that is CLOSED. I am currently on the phone with someone in the escalation department and being told the late fee was waived... but not until the following month.... after another late fee and interest was added on top of the late fee!!! Citibank has caused a 39pt drop in my credit score with this issue. ****** with the escalation team was GREAT and was able to see the error and got confirmation from above that this was indeed a CitiBank error... not mine. In the meantime, a loan I am in process of getting is going to cost me more because of this credit score issue! Who pays for what the bank error costs me???Business Response

On April 29, I went into this establishment to bathe one of my German shepherds. I went to pay and ****** while ringing me up she asked my wife if she could pet her. My wife responded, "I would rather you not"). (this has happened on several occasions and always gets offended. I filed a grievance on this store, resolution has not been made or even attempted to be made.I have called numerous times to follow up and I get told to call the store manager where it happened and that someone would reach out to me and its been a month and no-one has reached out. I purchased a gun safe. The clerk offered ***** off for applying for credit card stating that when I received my statement I could just pay it off in full and save ***** on the safe. I did so. The statement came six weeks later with interest charges of ***** and some change. I paid the ******* and called stating that I shouldnt have to pay any interest as the statement was conveniently sent after interest had already accrued. At best this is predatory. I called the office where they did adjust my interest down but said I still owed *****. This is unacceptable and predatory. I tried to resolve but still they say I owe. The policy of Tractor Supply Company, per the policy listed on the corporate website, is to price match any competitors online or instore pricing. I went to the store located in ******************, store 416, and was told by employees that the store does not price match anything from any store. I explained to the staff what the policy states, and they informed me that their district manager has made it very clear that they are not to price match anything. This is completely false advertising. I think its important to know that I was asking them to price match another tractor supply store in a neighboring area, the next closest store to this location, they still refused. People should not spend money at tractor supply because this is nothing more than a scam to get you in the door and then refuse to honor the advertisement and policy. It is also bad business, and farmers like myself already have a hard enough time with rising costs and when you advertise something you should honor that advertisement, period!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Actually there is NO signage at the store thats states within ****************************************** 30 miles and also stated that there was no signage, that It was kinda the rule. I have screenshots, dated, from the tractor supply policy that was advertised online, while in the store, on the day in question (Which I can provide). No where does it state that there is a mileage requirement. It states the policy and the exceptions. Your response was an out right lie. After receiving the response I feel I have no choice but to also file a complaint with the Kentucky Attorney General for falsely advertising the price match and provide them the screen shots of the policy and the exceptions of the policy. Its pretty bad when a company this large doesnt have honesty at the top, and instead of admitting the mistake, coaching bad district management, and honoring your advertisement, you flagrantly lie about the policy when its clearly written in black and white.

I bought a brand new mower from tractor supply a club cadet 54 inch paid almost $3,700 for it. And the front in squeaks so horribly bad I cant bear it it even with the throttle up and the blades images its just louder louder. And I called the place I bought from where it was delivered from. they did an awful job at that even delivering I didnt get a ****** having to print is an expense not that big I cant do. It should come with I had to pay them $149.00 to deliver it right along. Thats. It the main problem its that awful squeezing I mean I can drive it pretty well throttle open wjat you suppose to run it. And its ****** under that squeaking noise. Brand new delivered to me on a day I asked them not to, it was my moms funeral least have the respect for what I ask. And you know what Im missing the ****** you know what next day I found it 80yards away fro my house in a mud hole it looks like the phots so badly wet it came apart when I pulled out out of the half open black plastic. You can see thats a new mower! Paid up front at once delivered wrong and the rum dum ***** who delivers it ,is to dumb to think to put in mail box or tie to it when the wind is blowing 15 miles an hour. How about this deliver on a day I ask when I am at home! And no I dont want their sloppy seconds cheap mans cheap skate pdf print off. Im not a cheap skate buying a used mower this is a new one I want to be treated like I am a customer not a dog! They messed up two times the guy yelled at me on the phone! Forget they arent going to make it right I called club cadet was left on hold a hour and 25 mins but you know wkat they are going to send me a new one. The tractor supply in ***** can take their printed out pdf and you know what with it. And goes for the main office too they are just as rude. So sweet before I bought them act like that. If squawks so badly as well I cant stand it! Put so graze on it!! It was brand new that *** the manure is enough to make any one imfurited. The guy who delivered should not be allowed to even deliver pizzas and the miami store should be shut down and inspected! 1st thing I got on the lawn mower it is awful loud and when I drive I cant ever stand to listen to it its so loud it goes over the mower I called frost on it. Miami store they are left out side well we cant take it back! Well I put grade on it it stills loud as hell!!! And the ****** was just stupid none of it is my fault I was ripped off on delivery dropped the ****** or left it to blow away. And its loud as h*** to take all the enjoyment out! Miami manger who ever it was, just was rude as hell! Both times well we cant take it back then the ****** print one out sloppy seconds I just bought a brand new mower and paid it all at once! Same as the same complaint with the squeak thats so annoying! Is it my fault they sell me a botched manufactured defect mower?? And not may of them have made an effort to make it right! If you pay something off all at once no payments you pay $149.00 for delivery, you ask not of the day you bury your mom , and they do it anyway! And the delivery man drops the ****** after you wondered where it is! And you find it the next day *********** a mud hole you call they raise there voice print *** fc a cheap mans used buyer sloppy seconds PDF FILE!! Then and have a squelch so load in the front end. You know the squeaking I have mentioned 5 times as well as the ******! The squeak is so annoying you cant bear it to use it! And all they can say Im sorry I dont want their fake apology sorry is like a way to get out of something you wronged someone for! Example read the feedback on BBB and look at their ratings on BBB it is awful as bad as EBays! Sorry isnt fixing it! I told you everything what else can I say?? On Wednesday, May 15, 2024 I paid for dog food. The total was higher than I expected and after I paid I went into the store to check the price on the shelves. The price was different. The cashier told me that she had to ask permission to give me a refund. The shift supervisor / manager said it was fine to give me a refund. I asked about the prior week since I had me receipt from that transaction. The supervisor said it was fine to give me the difference. The cashier made a mistake and needed the supervisor's help in order to refund me. When the supervisor appeared, she then told me that she wasn't going to refund me and that she didn't know what the prices were last week. I asked her why she stated ten minutes ago that it was O.K. and now because of a cashier's mistake she is not honoring her word. The supervisor still claimed that she doesn't have to honor anything and she doesn't have to give me a refund. I let her know that this is very poor business practices and I plan to file a complaint. She shrugged her shoulders and started to walk to where the mispriced product was located and started to remove the price tags from the shelves.Customer Answer

created an account with ********************** credit card for 48month 0% APR for ***************************** February. Realized I've went over the limit of ********************************************************************************************* February. March auto pay took ****** not 84 dollars from my bank account. Called in and disputed took 2 and half weeks to get the 109 dollars back. In doing so they raised My fixed rate for *** to 114 dollars to cover the 109 they charged me back says my account does not support that. Come now your auto pay stole money and now I'm having to pay that stolen money back to get back down to the 84 dollars.Business Response
