The Tractor Supply company keeps sending my unwanted emails. By law they are required to allow individuals to unsubscribe. I have unsubscribed many times and they keep emailing me. I have also called them. They said they have no way of unsubscribing my email. I did not subscribe to their email list and have never purchased anything from this business.Business Response

I had purchased HUSQ 150BT BACKPACK BLOWER online. The order never arrived and the proof of delivery shows a different address. The Tractor Supply representative asked me to open a claim and they will either process a refund or replacement. I didn't see a refund or replacement order in place so I called again and spoke to ***** who assured me that she will take the initiative and process a return; however, shortly after I received an email that they'll need to look into it.***** lied! I have unsubscribed from the email list five times and continue to receive emails. This is a privacy issue and poor business conduct. I did not sign up to receive emails in the first place, but placed an online order and since they obtained my email address that way, will not cease sending me junkmail. People should be able to unsubscribe from lists, especially if they never opted in in the first place. I go by my local tractor supply every day when I get off to find that they have the lights cut off 30 minutes to an hour before closing so it looks as though they are closed . And dont dare as for propane unless you are there 30 mins to an hr before posted business hours , as I am told every time they are out when I know thats bs , the manager is just ready to get home . The manager has told me they are out of propane at night but they have it soon as they open the next morning seems to me the manager just doesnt want to bother with anything if it makes it where he cant leave at closing time. Every job Ive had in retail you closed at a certain time and you worked until you got your work done , not start counting down for the day and refuse service or rush your customers out the door so you can leave at closing timethis has been an ongoing issue with the *********** location and it seems to be the manager thats the problem .Customer Answer

Tractor supply offers same day delivery if ordered before 2pm. I placed my order well before then on Wed Jan 10th with a ***** delivery fee (not included in the amount I paid) it is now Sat Jan 13 and I still havent received my nearly ***** order. This is not the first time this has occurred over the last year. They do include a couple free same day deliveries a year. I have also uncounted this before when I have paid for delivery (not there free member delivery) and had to pick up my items before. When I picked up those items I asked about it and the employee was extremely rude. I asked about a refund on the delivery I had paid for which has never occurred. Due to other issues with this store I rarely shop there anymore and the ONLY reason I do is for the same day delivery. Which helps and is more convenient for me with advanced cancer. If they cant do what they advertise it shouldnt be advertised. I have given more than enough time for the delivery to arrive. Same or next day. This store has really gone down hill the last couple years. A few of the employee rude. You walk in and theres rarely anyone there to greet you or help you find what you need. You have to scour the store a surprising while to find someone to assist you. They need to treat their customers better and not talk about them especially in such a small town. The Same Day Delivery reward was returned back to your *************** account ******* 15th. Also, the authorization amount for this order will fall and be returned to your method of payment within 5-7 business days.
All previous orders are showing to be Buy Online, Pick Up In Store. These orders are showing picked up by customer and no delivery charges are applicable to these types of orders.
Most online orders are delivered via *** or **** standard shipping. However, exceptionally large orders, oversized products, or products weighing more than 100lbs cant be delivered within the same parameters as it then requires a specific truck/vehicle for delivery. You can find all the methods accepted for same day. You can also use your Same Day delivery for heavier, multiple items, but as stated on the website, are not guaranteed same day delivery and can take up to 72 hours. Especially in inclement weather or holiday season.

Ordered a ****** 20 gun safe in order #**********. Had to pay $100 to rent a truck to take it home. When I got home and unboxed it, there was a large scratch on the rear, the safe wobbled on the floor, there were 1/2 inch wide gaps on the top and bottom of the hinges making the safe not humidity/flood/fire resistant as advertised, and the interior pouches were not fire resistant like shown in the product photos. I emailed Tractor Supply customer service, they instructed me to take the photos to the store manager where I bought it from and that they "would be happy" to provide me with a credit. After doing so, the manager insisted that I had to physically take the safe into the store to receive a credit. After a lot of arguing and explanation and showing her the email, she only offered a $50 credit. I had no choice but to take it and leave as I was getting extremely frustrated. Now that it's been about a week, the dehumidifier I put in the safe has already filled up with moisture. A $50 credit for such critical issues like these is nothing and I believe I deserved much more. I would have to pay another $100 to rent a uhaul to return it so I would be losing money. And even then, they wouldn't even be able to resell it due to the damage. I live 30 miles away and don't want to keep having to come back to the store over this.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I shouldn't have to keep coming back to the same location over and over again and make these 30 mile trips to "Hopefully" get an unknown amount of a refund/credit which wasn't disclosed to me by tractor supply (I have stated this in my original complaint). If the store manager gave me attitude when I originally went in and only offered a measly credit towards the item, why should I have any better of an experience this time? I have already said, If I have to pay $100+ to rent another uhaul to return or exchange the safe, I will end up losing money by doing so. I have also contacted the safe manufacturer and their customer service agents informed me this is tractor supply's fault and they can only assist with warranty defects on things such as the electronic lock, etc. The store should be able to remotely refund/credit me if they wish to do so as I didn't need to present a card or sign anything when they gave me the first minuscule credit. Or, corporate should provide me with a TSC gift card if they wish to do so.

As a result of your purchase originally being made in store any form of exchange or reimbursement can only be conducted through the store. Therefore in reference to the amount you would be discounted based on product issues can be negotiated with the Store manager, as they make the final decision. I placed an order with Tractor supply rx online and never received the product. The order number is TSO-*******. I even paid extra for faster shipping. The tracking information says they have only created a label and still have not shipped the item. This is my tracking number with fed ex for proof, ************. I have contacted them and have not had this issue resolved. They will not email me back and I cant get anyone on the phone.Business Response

Please keep in mind that refunds back to credit cards are not always immediate and generally take around 3-5 business days depending on your financial institutions processing time. Placed a ship to store order 11/30/23 for three pairs of pants. 12/4/23 received an email saying the pants were ready for pickup. I would no longer be In the area to pick them up so I responded to email asking them to cancel the order. Kept receiving emails about my pick up saying to pick up by 12/19/23. I figured if I didnt they would just cancel the order like any other business. On the 12/19 at 5:22am I received an email thanking me for picking my order, which I never did. So I assumed they needed to do this in order to process my refund. Waited a few days then sent two emails to the customer service link on their website days apart asking when I could expect my refund but never received a response. Its cost me in time now the value of the refund. I didnt know TSC policy was to charge customers for items before they received them and steal their money if they didnt pick up the items that had never left TSCs possession. Maybe they need the money to fund their nonexistent customer service department.Customer Answer
