      I ordered an item from this company. All parts of this transaction were fine. However, after ordering, I started receiving daily marketing emails from which I have repeatedly clicked "unsubscribe". When this didn't work, I twice emailed customer service directly asking them to stop sending me emails, but received no response. I continue to receive almost daily email marketing from this company.

      I had to wait a few weeks because the company said that they had removed me from their email marketing, but a few more might arrive.  Anyway, I haven't been receiving any more marketing messages this past week, so I think the situation is resolved.  I don't think it would've been fixed without BBB intervention, so thanks for all you do.

      I purchased the Kid Trax Real Rigs Toddler Recycling Truck Interactive Ride-On Toy with them on 12/1/23. Their system showed shipped on 12/2/23 and provided a tracking number with **** After repeated checks to the system and tracking, it continued to say on the *** system that the label had been created, however, they were awaiting the product so they could deliver it. I contacted Tractor Supply **************** 3 separate times between the 8th and the 14th and in each instance was assured that there were over 800 of these items with their third party carrier and that it is just a matter of processing time. They all agreed that their system was misleading when it states shipped because the product had not shipped, they had only submitted the order to the third party and were waiting for them to provide the product to the shipper. On 12/15/23 at 2:31p I spoke to ****** and she advised the best course was to issue a replacement. She did this, however, their system is doing the exact same issue with saying shipped when it clearly has not. ****** said to wait a few days for everything to update. I spoke with Asia on 12/19/23 at 3:05p and she also agreed that it is misleading for their system to state shipped when indeed the product has not shipped. She checked with supervisors and management and they all advise to just keep waiting. They stated they are unable to check with their third party company regarding products they sell under their own company name. I believe this is at best a terrible business practice and at worst, a potentially fraudulent business practice. They are drawing in customers to purchase products that they are providing blatantly incorrect details about with no way to verify or pursue to make certain their customers are getting their paid for, promised items. The resolution I am seeking is to receive the product I paid for nearly a month ago and for them to work on a system that accurately reports the status of a customer's purchase.

      I have been attempting to work with Tractor Supply for ten days now. I continue to get an alert that the payment can not process 12/3/2023 First attempted to place order online 12/4-12/5/**************** *************** #IMS2126680 12/06/2023 2:04 PM ****** 12/12/2023 3:00 PM ****** Transfer to a Manager 3:06 PM Eckanay - Customer Solutions 3:32 PM 12/13/********* PM Online submission to customer support Item Sku: ******* $539.96 **************** Incident #********** I have not been able to get adequate assistance in resolving an online payment to process to place an online order for items currently in my cart. I am trying to purchase a quantity of 3 boxes of CAT6 Fiber Cable. I first attempted to place the order on 12/2 again on 12/3 and almost every day following that. I have verified that I have the correct billing and shipping information. I have verified with the bank that Tractor Supply are an approved and authorized vendor. The bank shows that your system sent an authorization request to my bank ****************** however the amount that Tractor Supply sent was for a transaction of zero dollars. (credit card ending in ****). Do to government regulations I am not permitted to purchase gift cards. The store does not have the ability to submit a rain check to get it in store. This item is only available online. This is frustrating and poor costumer service. I was told that the IT team would contact me within 48 hours. I have yet to receive any communications from them and have had to be the instigator of all follow up on this matter!

      11/28/2023 Name is under ********************* Order ID# ********** Item Description: Grand Teton Collection Teewinot Pellet Stove ***** to ***** sq. ft.Total Price Paid: $1,447.98 Description of Problem/Complaint: I requested a refund on 11/30/2023 and the email I received stated the return had had been initiated and I will receive a call from the shipping company for scheduling a pickup. On Wednesday, 12-6-2023 I called TSC to find out why I did not receive a phone call from their shipping company. TSC stated I needed to call XPO to schedule a pickup. I called XPO and they stated that they did not have any information on my pickup. On Monday, 12-11-2023, I called TSC again and explained the situation and ******, the customer service agent stated that the return was never started, despite me getting a confirmation email prior. ****** stated that she initiated the return for me and sent me the exact email I received prior. Case # IMS2144182.At this point it seems tht TSC does not want to return the item despite the return policy being 90 days.

      Last spring I bought a 45# bag of Wholesome Beef, and chick pea food at TSC.I received the following card that it was recalled due to toxins from the manufacturer, Midwestern Pet Foods." I sent in a claim as per the card. It has been over 3 months, and I have heard nothing.Now, as I just found this out, I called TSC, and the lady was rude today.I do not have the receipt, as the court confirms that I did by receiving it.I would not keep a receipt for pet food. The rude lady informed me that Retriever, and ****** are on recall from TSC.I was told they cannot look up the receipt. How would a consumer know months, nd months down the road to have a store lookup the receipt before 12 months.I cannot rely on TSC. W e used to buy all of our Aussie's supplies there. That includes vaccines, pig ears, munchie sticks, and food. Not any more.

      Reference Order Number: ********** Order Date: Nov 18, 2023 I placed an order at 1:38 pm choosing same day delivery for a battery I required. I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and I really needed this battery. I paid, received confirmation and the order was placed well within the timeline required for same day delivery. I waited until after 6 pm to call and ask the status of the order. The challenged employee told me the order did not come in until after 4 pm. A absolute lie. I have the text and emails proving otherwise, that even told me the order was ready for deliver well before 4 pm. I was told that the item would not be delivered until the next day by 6pm. Now, let me be perfectly clear, this is the second time I've had an issue with s***** customer service from ********************** and frankly, as I look around my rural lot at all I have bought and use from TSC I wonder why I keep going back. I complained last time, it went into the circular file, complained using their online portal and once again, I am certain since they only pretend to care about veterans, I will not receive any follow up. What I asked was this, why not apologize ? offer to make it right, oh I don't know provide actual customer service as if you care about your customer ? Crickets . . . I am done. I screenshot all the website pages, emails and kept the confirmation text, if TSC does not offer me some consideration for the absolute disregard and abuse they seem to just **** out, particularly to veterans (disabled or not, my friend who are vets hate TSC as well) I am going to begin to take this to the **** AG and consumer protection agency. You cannot advertise same day delivery if ordered by a specific time, then when order before that time, just ignore the customer and hope they what ? forgot they ordered an almost $300.00 battery ? and are waiting for it. Shame on you TSC . . . your abysmal lack of any military recognition, discounts for active duty and vets proves, to you, its all about the money.

      On 06/19/2023 someone tried to get a Tractor Supply credit card in my name per the credit reports it states the following :06/19/2023 Tractor Supply Credit Card - Hard Inquiry ********************************************************* i have filed many dispautes with all three reporting companies which i have attached and they keep saying the inquiry is accurate which it isnt . I have also filed complaints many of them with CFPB and Indentiry theft with the feral trade commision and the attonery general of ***** and this hard inquiry is still on my report months later nothing has been done
