      Over a month and nothing. Customer service puts you on hold and then tells you to call back later with the same results everytime. Email is just as unresponsive. State deserves a gold medal for authorizing this company!

      Do not use this company. I requested 2 birth certificates from 2 different states. I did not received either order. They did not assist with correcting the issue. I was told to call the Organization in charge of Records for the corresponding State and handle the issue my self. I requested a refund but I have yet to receive it.

      I ordered a document from them they do not tell how long it will take and then when you order it you find out it will take 3 to 6 months to get. I tried to cancel the order when I found out I could get it through the state in 2 weeks,I was on the phone for 45 minutes before I got a hold of them and they told me I could not get a refund. Go through the state you need a document from and it will be alot cheaper I am paying 10 dollars for my document through the state and city you need the documents from .

      When accepting orders VitalChek does not inform you that they cannot obtain older records, 20 years for deaths, 75 years for births. Thus you are waiting for a month for the process to fail while they hold your money, and then you have to spend many hours on the phone finding out what the problem was. Hold times on the phone are typically 30 minutes for each call and that adds up when you have to try multiple departments. I spent over 2 hours trying to get answers and the first suggestion was not even valid. VitalChek is one step above a total scam and should not be handling government business. All government department phones are forwarded to VitalChek so you have to trouble shoot the failed process. DISGUSTING.

      the most HORRENDOUS customer service I've seen in my life. Reps are incredibly rude. They keep saying that I did an e signature but it was signed on paper and scanned. They pay no attention to details and the company emails come with broken graphics, typos, and you can't even understand waht they are asking for. They also will NOT give a refund.

      i forgot in the other review i ask for supervisor 5 times and she just kept beating around the bush and i never got to speak to one she just got off line like she really did something special sad sad waste of internet space

      i tried to get my birth certificate, they sent an email, stating that my request was pending due to my mothers maiden name is missing, and that i should call there 877 number, they don't even answer the phone, i tried for several days. i also sent an email, to ask about sending and email of what is missing, the question was ignored, the person stated what was told to me in an email. i then tried to do another order for the same thing, hoping to cancel the first order there is No way to do it. also with the second order they want a copy of my id, now, but the site won't except it. they charge 60 dollars for a copy and give people the run around. this company needs to fix their c***

      Guys don't waste your time and money very unprofessional company liars thieves. They don't even answer the phone calls. Please go on person to pick up your document. If I can give 0 star I will. I don't recommend you this bad agency. Really disappointed very bad experience I still didn't receive my birth certificate.stay away from this agency

      I ordered in December, they stated 120 business days to process, I got the birth certificate in July as requested. I didn't know it was going to take that long until after I ordered but once I seen that I just decided I was going to have to be patient.
