      This company is a complete disaster. Never order any vital records from this online company. There is absolutely NO customer support available, and they never answer any of the customer support lines they publish. The respond to emails with a short no information generic reply! They should not be in business.

      I am extremely disappointed with the VitalChek service. Mailed in a request for a copy of a birth certificate for my father in law on April 14th, 2024. Received a request for a copy of his Medicare card, faxed to number literally on form -on April 17th, 2024. Called to check on status on May 1, 2024 and was told they needed a copy of my husbands drivers license. Submitted copy of front and back of license and temporary on May 4, 2024. All items sent to same fax number with confirmation. Called today, May 16, 2024 to follow up again and spoke with Maria, and was told they never received the information and closed the request and refunded by mailing a check out on May 14, 2024. I have fax confirmations verifying the information requested was sent. I asked for a manager, spoke with Mary who basically stated " We get over 100 faxes, we don't show it was received." Ridiculous. Excuses that fax machine poorly managed and no process with sensitive information is appalling. Carelessness with information is basically what I heard and I told Mary that they need to check their processes, as there are obviously gaps.

      DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I ordered a birth certificate that will not be delivered until Nov 2024 This date was unacceptable to me so I tried getting my $79.00 refunded. I called 2 times and was put on a voice automated track for 30 minutes each attempt to speak to a customer service representative I got an email response telling me I could not cancel and at end of email was the word resolved!!

      This place is a scam! I was charged $45 for my birthday certificate and received an email saying it would be in the mail on APPROXIMATELY April 1st. Well April came and went and I received nothing. So I emailed them. Then I get a response saying it takes up to 12 weeks. By this point we’re on week 11, so I wait another week. Once again NOTHING! Email again, now I’m getting told it will take a week to do “quality control“ and another 2 weeks to mail it!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

      This company is a total scam.. I spent over $80 including 20 for expedited 2day service, and it’s been over 2 months and my order still says “processing”.. now I lost my job opportunities due to not having these documents and they stole my money and refuse to give me the documents ordered. This place needs to be investigated and shut down ASAP. Bunch of criminal sacks of garbage. Less than human scumbags.

      I ordered birth certs for myself, and was not in a hurry. The website worked fine, it was easy to use, but not being in a hurry, I went with the least expensive means to have shipped to me. BUT I was charged for overnight service, and the certs didn't come for 3 days.
      Tried to contact them, left a few messages, no one responded. I won't use them again.

      Needed my birth certificate for a cruise. I couldn’t get my passport in time and was notified through vital check that my B/C will be delivered by 10/8/24, I ordered 6 weeks in advance and paid the extra shipping. It’s 05/03/24 and it was just delivered. So NO I do not recommend Vital Chek. Silly me all I had to do was call the city hall in my birth city and they sent my birth certificate from CT to FL within 3 business days.

      This company tried to charge me $82 for a death certificate. But their website clearly says the total cost is $21 for one certif. copy plus $4 for second plus $10 fee plus $1 postage. That adds to $36, not $82. when you try to input your information, it gets in a loop and you have to do it over and over and over and over. Thankfully I read the reviews and I will not be giving these crooks my money. I have no idea what is city government would contract out to this scam company.

      I ordered my birth certificate so I can get my passport for my wedding. I do not live near where I was born so I thought this would be a great way to access it. I ordered it on 2/27/24. The processing time was 21 to 45 business days. As of 4/20/24, I still do not have it. The website says it’s still “processing”. I have called the number multiple times and always get stuck waiting, it says to call back later when call times are not so high. I have called all different types of day, have waited over 30 mins each time, no results. I just want my birth certificate that I paid for.

      It's been 13 business days since I ordered. Everything I have says 7-10 days from 4/2. I have been told they "have done their job once you ordered" basically meaning they don't really do anything. I will now have to drive to the state and get the paperwork, which the state does same day within 30-45 minutes.
      This is a worthless service if you have a deadline and may have put my travel in jeopardy.
