  Ordered on 7/23/22 Today is 8/30/23 Still have not received my certificate. Customer service rude, told me to call the state. The state told me to call who I ordered it from. And about the same time I ordered mine my dad needed his for his job. Same thing never received.

  I have been waiting since March for a death certificate. When I call, the automated response tells me the order will be fulfilled "tomorrow". No live customer support. Do not use this service!

  DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!
  I REQUESTED A COPY OF MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND WAS TOLD AN INITIAL AMOUNT. AT THE END, SHE TOLD ME A PRICE THAT $40 HIGHER THAN WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD.
  WAS ALSO ASKED FOR MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO REPEAT THE NUMBER OUT LOUD SO EVERYONE IN HER OFFICE COULD HEAR IT.
  I THEN CALLED THE OFFICE AGAIN AND REPORTED THAT GIRL. THE SUPERVISOR COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE COMPLAINT. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO HANG UP ON ME.

  This company is not really in the business of customer service; but a big disappointment.. beware I made an online business purchase using my credit card. Today I’m still waiting for my birth certificate I’ve been waiting 8 months for it via mail and still don’t have resolution about where or what happened to my certificate. I was only told over the phone by Beveen is was not available due too NY state verification backlog issues.

  Horrible experience. Do not use them. They are air your money and then provide no customer service help whatsoever. They keep you on hold forever and then these rude people get on the phone ne and provide no help at all. They blame everything on the state you are ordering the death certificate from. They must hire people thru ***** to work there because they all act like they are mentally handicapped. You are better off calling the vital records in that state yourself. They are more prompt and a lot more courteous to your situation. Whoever came up with the idea of vitalchek should be ashamed of themselves for the way this company is ran. Shame on you guys. Shame shame shame....

  Ordered a birth certificate in March 2023, it never arrived. When attempted to contact them for a status update, the website links were dead and I was never able to get someone on the phone. Eventually just went with a different service.
  It is shocking that this is the service our hospital recommended. Total scam.

  This should be illegal. I ordered my daughters replacement birth certificate and they had two separate fees (standard) and “*** NEXT DAY AIR SAVER” I needed her replacement asap, so I paid the $18.50. Now no where during the transaction am I giving an estimated date of delivery- yet the title alone and fee would suggest it’s faster. I even looked up “*** NEXT DAY” : “How fast is *** next day air?
  Regular Next Day Air guarantees next-day delivery and typically arrives at around 10:00 a.m. the next business day. Next Day Air Early guarantees next-day delivery and arrives as early as 8:00 a.m. the next business day“ - the search pulls this type of information in correlation with the title.
  They know exactly what they are doing!!! They have a peculiar (and greedy) note at the bottom before moving forward to pay “all changing after the order will have a $16.50 charge”
  Only after you submit your order are you giving a date of delivery.
  My delivery date from ordering it 08/14/23 is 09/11/23 (3 days shy of a month). HOW IS THIS “*** NEXT DAY AIR SAVER”(?)
  I’m going to pay to sue them for misleading their customers, price gouging when customers catch on they were mislead.
  Yet there should be intervention from company’s getting away with doing this to customers.

  The expected wait time was 70 days for delivery. I need to enroll my kid into school so I don’t have time to wait. I tried to cancel my order after the customer representative finally answered the phone, and she tried to inform me that I needed to call the city back and have them cancel my order for me. Then, after clarifying that I did not have to do that (because the woman at Birth and Death records assured me that I could do it myself), the customer service representative got irritated quickly. She then put me on hold three times until finally doing her job. People who are this lazy should not work in customer service, especially dealing with sensitive documentations.

  I am concerned about the validity of VitalChek Network. I shared very personal information when I allegedly ordered and purchased my birth certificate. On June 5th, 2023, I finalized my order with an estimated delivery by June 26th. To date, I have not received the document. I don't know who I gave my personal information to. I too have received several emails, with no mention of resolving the issue of the missing package. Just dead noise!! "Thank you for your question. Our team is researching this issue, so please watch for our reply."   Advice for the day: Stay far away from VitalCheck Network. The are not a real company. Beware of who you share your personal information with. They certainly scammed me.
