  Just the worst. I ordered a birth certificate through them. The website indicated 15 day processing time. After 20 days, I contacted them through their chat. After waiting a while, the agent said that they couldn't help me. Any other question I had was responded to with a canned response. I then asked if there were a survey I could complete to let them know their service was sub-standard. They told me there was no survey.
  This company does not care about completing your order or helping you. If you can avoid using this service, please do. They are awful, and I'm starting to think I'm out of the nearly 50 bucks I paid to get a birth certificate sent to me.

  Paid 60 dollars with notarized application,. I even gave them the very number for the death certificate….got a response I needed to provide lineage relation to me. Took me weeks to get documents together Then faxed it. In the meantime they sent me 8 dollar refund. I called and called on hold or heavy call volume. Then said order was canceled due to lack of documents. They are the go to company for albany NY State. Pitiful. Group. Deserves a ZERO.

  It's a SCAM. Over 6 months and nothing. Can't get anyone on the phone. They refuse any refund. There are no updates, there's nothing but giving away your money

  Would give 0 stars if possible. Paid 68.50 to get my birth certificate on 12/12/2022. The expected delivery time was 90 days. I just checked the status today since it's been over 5 months and the expected delivery date is now 12/15/2023. 68$ and over 1 year to mail a piece of paper. Too late to dispute the charge through my bank, and the vitalchek website doesn't work properly when you go to "manage order". It just keeps resetting the page when you put your info in. Also the chat feature is offline so you can't even talk to support.
  This website seems like a scam to me.

  Vital check with us very unpleasant service never freezes the phone, they sent multiple emails nothing. but that if to collect my money that if they are fast a lack of consideration

  Took my money, canceled my order, and would not give me a full refund. No explanation why. Stated Arizona vital records cancelled my order. I doubt they ever placed it

  I placed my order online. Uploaded the correct documentation. Paid the fee. One week later my certificate was delivered by ***.
  I used vital check 5 years ago as well and had the same experience.

  I shouldn't have to pay $60+ for a copy of my birth certificate, especially from a company whose revies indicate that I could pay and still never actually get a copy of my birth certificate.

  What a ripoff! I could have directly to the county involved. They charged my credit card before they even contact the ***************, **. The sent an email advising the document I requested would be mailed, what I received was a form letter advising me to contact the vital statistics of **************. All this for $48.00

  WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Do not waste your time or money. Customer service is non-existent. I only gave them one star because there is no “0” option.
