  Be careful with some of the outstanding reviews and cross reference with those who work for the company. Buying a brand new house with a leaky roof is NOT okay. Buying a house with the latest and greatest, but the pipes freeze is NOT okay. And buying a house where water leaks through the doors is NOT okay. And buying a house where the windows crack and aren't framed correctly is NOT okay. But sure, if you want to buy a home that needs continuous maintenance and where you can wait and wait to have things fixed under warranty, go ahead.. it's a way to bond with the neighbors. Buyer beware and walk the neighborhood and ask lots of questions. It will be, we like the location, we like the design of the house, but don't expect anything to be fixed in a timely manner (within years) even if that...

  My experience with Greentech was exceptional! Our new home is absolutely stunning, and I take great pride in showing it off to friends and family. Every person I interacted with was genuine, attentive, and easy to communicate with. I felt completely confident choosing them to build my first home, and I'm so glad I did! The range of customization options for our floor plan was impressive, and the design studio offered a fantastic selection of amazing designs. My wife and I had a great time working with Tara in the design studio and thoroughly enjoyed our Project Manager Sean. Whenever we had concerns or questions, they were always ready to help and provide clear explanations. It's rare to find a company with such dedicated and caring employees. I can’t recommend Greentech highly enough for anyone seeking a top-notch builder who truly goes the extra mile.

  Absolutely horrible company to buy from. All they care about is slapping a house up, and moving to the next. If you decide to buy, don’t accept a close date if there is a punch list, or it won’t be completed. Have a warranty claim, good luck all Melinda will do is tell you they are working on it

  The warranty is non existent. There is a wiring issue since I bought the home and I can’t get anyone to fix it. The microwave trips the breaker every time it’s used and I have been trying for over a month to get them to fix it. Now, they don’t even respond to my emails when I try and follow up. They were very helpful and responsive prior to purchase.

  STAY AWAY FROM GREENTECH!!!! Worse new construction build experience of my life. No Communication. Even emailed the owner in hopes for the communication to improve it did not. I will never recommend this company to anyone. The project manager never even checked to make sure things were done by the plan. I lived out of state and couldn't check on anything myself was hoping they would communicate. There were 5 or 6 things they just simply didn't do and don't care that they didn't because what are you going to do about it. They aren't going to compensate you or lower the price of the home since they probably saved themselves lots of money by not doing these items. Some of the changes needed my written approval according to contact but they never contacted me to get permission. Again, they don't care because what are you going to do about it. Good luck calling anyone. All of their phone’s voicemails are full and you can't leave a message. In July around the holiday the air conditioning stopped working. They give me the contact to the one and only company they work with for HVAC repairs under warranty and that company does not respond either. Maybe you should have more than 1 company we can call for repairs. Hey it was only 90s that week so who needs air. Over 60 hours with out air during heat index over 100 degrees each day. They say they are doing everything possible to help. To me they didn’t. I spent many hours in my car with my pets so for the air. It was the wires that burned up *burning smell in the entire house) Aug 24 no air again, The drip pan was full of water. The pipe that is supposed to drain the water from the pan to outside they have buried under ground. Playing the game again. I have put multiple thing on the warranty app and they will not address most stuff until the warranty expires. One thing though I got an email someone would be contacting me about on 7/12/22 but still waiting for them to contact me. DO NOT USE GREENTECH BUILDERS!!!!
