    An inground pool was installed by Big D Concrete. Once fininshed all of the forms for the concrete were not removed. Within 3 months approximately the end 1/4 of the concrete slab and began moving away from the rest of the structure. A lage amout of dirt was placed for the pool. The ground on which it was built was not excavated properly causing the entire structure to move. The inside wall of the pool leaked causing signifant washout. Contracter returned failing to complete the project as agreed originally finishing the pad over two feet from its original site. The light in the pool has leaked after repeated repair. It was finally repaired by me. When the broken section was taken out for replacement it was not removed but discarded in heaps on my property. Estimated at several thousand pounds of large peices of broken concrete. We have repeatedly attempted to contact ********************************** (owner) with no response. The pool deck cracked a second time and the repair was done at my expense. ********************* has made feeble attempts to rectify any of these issues. His repair faired worst than his original work. He applied color to the new concrete and left it to me to finish. The pool deck was designed to accomidate a staircase from my deck. When the pool deck was repaired he decided, with no consult with me, to shorten it by several feet. Due to this it is not longer within code to complete the stairs from the new deck therefore leaving the design impossible to complete.
