    Unpursuable:
BBB is unable to locate the business.
We contracted with this business and have received partial installation; however, after paying for multiple openers as well as prepaying for the installation of these items the business has refused to respond to our requests to either complete the installation or refund our money. The invoice for these items totaled $17,000 and was paid in January of this year. We are simply requesting that he complete the job or refund our money. We are willing to receive those openers and just refund our money for the installation charges which have not been completed. He will not respond to numerous requests to rectify this situation and we are under time constraints that he is well aware of. We cannot secure our facility because of this and he hasn't even provided us with a key to the front garage door to allow us to access the building through that door. We are looking for a way to resolve this situation before pursuing legal action in this matter. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have contacted the customer and was willing to finish the job . I was told at first they wanted a refund. And they would have someone else finish the job . So I told them I would refund them  for my labor and the materials they havent received. They continue to threaten me and I stop communicating at that point . The total that they have stated ***** is in correct also . This has been a 2 year project . That they have continued to make changes on I have worked with them this whole time . But I couldnt drop everything I have scheduled to make this deadline that came from nowhere. . *** trying completing this job several times and couldnt because it wasnt ready for me. This an attempt to ruin my name because they are not able to force me to drop everything for them . I will refund the balance of the materials that are not on scene. And my labor . Which I told them this from the start of this. When I was told they didnt want me to finish. I have multiple text from these people of threats and then they would text and ask me to finish the job. So I will return what I need and will be done with them. Also I told them I was out of town right now and I would handle this when I get back . That set them over the edge and thats when they wrote this . After I told them this  .

The vendor returned 8 of the 15 openers we paid him for but further attempts to contact him have gone unanswered.  We also prepaid for the labor to install those openers per his request.  We requested that he provide the remaining openers and install all of them or refund our money and he has not responded to that request.  If he doesn't provide us with the materials and services paid for or reimburse us for those amounts we have no choice but to file a claim with general sessions court to force him to do so.  This is very frustrating for us and we would like resolution ASAP.  We should not have prepaid for the installation but we trusted him and now we have nothing to show for it.
