    I needed my o2 sensor 2 and a bung done to my car. I was told he could have that done fast and the max payment would be $150, so my husband dropped my car off for me. Jeff himself added an unnecessary pipe and a bung plug to my car, and claimed after having my car for almost 2 days he was unable to find the O2 connector. When I went to pick up my car, he said the charge was 179.71 but after talking to my husband, the charge was $125. Come to find out he never talked to my husband at all and the next day I noticed exposed O2 wires hanging under my car. I went to the shop the next day and spoke to one of his workers, and when I showed him my pictures, he said he was embarrassed of the weld to the unnecessary bung plug and pipe. I told his worker that I just want my refund of $125, he said he'd get my refund and fix my car the right way and he apologized. I said I really just want my refund. When I got home I looked up a video on ***** and found the connector in 7min32sec. When I went back to the shop and talked to Jeff himself, he said he added a pipe and plug and I'm not getting a refund and to get off his property. His customer service and professionalism is by far the worst. He charged me $125 for basically doing nothing and not completing the job.
