    Made me pick a star level so i picked 1, but actually should be 0... I was parked at these apartments checking on my 91 year old grandmother and 68 year old mother and my car was towed. Me and my car were not even there for an hour total. I was literally at my car grabbing a pen to go back in and write down what they wanted me to run and get them to eat. So maybe 10 minutes later I go out with my 7 year old to go grab them food and car had been towed. $150 and 3 almost 4 hours later finally got to meet up with the tow company that yanked and pretty much stole my car. This is ridiculous as this is government housing and does house disabled and elderly and now not even safe to even pull in and run in and check on them because it's $150 every time they hook to a car. This is so very very sad. I could understand if it was a junk car or even been parked there for a while, or even overnight or something along thise lines, but nope around dinner time and not even an hour total. The tow came thru saw car and came back thru 27 minutes later and snatch. This should be a crime in itself
