    I DID RECEIVE TWO MORE BOOKS;PIANO CHORDS AND THE PINAO CHORD ENCYCLOPEDIA. IS THIS LATEST AMOUNT TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT Card for these please/ if so, that is fine. But, if not, I have not ordered anything else and so would appreciate a refund.

    I bought a piano instruction book which was advertised for $7.00. I was shocked to discover that later I received a credit card debit for $37.00 for a subscription, which I never signed up for. I immediately disputed the charge with the credit card company and today I was charged $37.00 again. In other words they did not honor my request/demand to remove me from the roles as I never agreed to subscribe to the service. In my opinion this is a fraudulent activity and amounts to online theft. Not only do I want my money refunded (I did dispute the charge again) but I want them to stop taking advantage of people.

    I've just discovered yesterday that this company charged my credit car US$37.00, on May 15, May 25, June 26 and July 23.

    After I contacted them, ***** ****** told me that I did subcribed for piano lessons,

    I do not even own a piano.

    The only thing I did, was ordering a FREE DVD bundle on May, I was NOT aware that this company will charge me a monthly recurrent amount (for a lifetime?

    I did NOT even went to their website to get piano lessons!!!!!!!!! Not even once.

    The only thing I can do is pay for the FREE DVD bundle (US$37.00) but I want the already charged amount to be credited back to my credit card.

    I am not sure why this has been escalated to you?

    The issue has been resolved last August 15, 2023. That was a month ago?

    He 1st contacted us about the issue Aug 12, and we have replied and resolve it Aug 15.

    there is no way for us to charge her card unless she clicks the accept button when checking out. but anyway, even though there is a fault on the customer side, we take the hit and we refund him because that is the resolution he wanted.

    So I am not sure what this email is all about and what it is trying to achieve when the issue has been resolve a month ago?
