    I took a wool sweater in to be cleaned and they ruined it. They shrunk it down to toddlers size from a woman's size medium. When I took it back to see what happened the manager told me it was not her fault and she would not be able to reimburse me for the damaged sweater. She was not apologetic at all. Instead, she insisted it was not her fault. The right thing to do is to refund me for the sweater. I have the receipt. She wanted to send it to the Dry Cleaning Institute in ******** for further testing to see who is at fault. This is a scam so she would not have to pay anything for the damages. This company is a fraud.
