      I took my car in for them to diagnose. My car was “hesitating” some when I was driving so that’s what I needed checked out. They called, said it needed 3 out of 4 engine mounts and the control arms replaced, which is common on *******. I said how much is the that? He said $1,100. I said no. Then I said I just had my breaks done there not long ago and y’all replaced the control arms already. He looked it up, said oh, yeah, those should be under warranty. He said yup, those won’t cost you anything. Picked my car up and scheduled the control arm replacement one week later. My appointment to drop it off early on Friday. I left work about 8am just to drop it off. Had to leave town for the afternoon and hadn’t heard anything yet. Called at 11:30 for an update, not ready. They called about 1pm. Told me I needed new struts on both sides of the front of my car and that was the noise I was hearing (I never said I was hearing a noise). He also said I needed 2 new tires. I said how much are struts? He said $1,198 plus tax. I said yea, no thanks. He said well okay, no point in changing the tires then if you aren’t doing the struts since they’ll just wear them out. I asked if it was ready, they hadn’t even started. He called again at 3 and said it was ready. I went the next day to pick it up. The man started explaining to me about something when another man walked in and he said you wanna explain it to her since you were the one who worked on it? So he explained to me that my car had “bottomed out” and “scraped” my underneath at some point and was starting to rust. He showed me a picture. Then said on the right side it was bent and he struggled to get the control arm in there but was able to. I have NEVER “bottomed out” on anything when driving it. I brought it to another mechanic for a second opinion on everything they told me was wrong with my car. He looked underneath it and checked everything I told him “I needed done”. He said I didn’t need ANY of the things they said I did.

      Very disappointed, took my car in to gave a “humming sound” checked 2016 Malibu - manager wrote up service request and would call after looked at car. This was 9:30 am waited all day for a call (closes at 5) so I called at 4:30. Secretary stated the car was 7th in line and had not been looked at. I asked why wasn’t I told this morning that they would not be able to look at it today. No answer. If I need the car come get it. So I got a ride and picked up the keys lying on the counter with owner and workers standing around doing nothing. No apology no explanation why they could not get to the car - nothing a sarcastic remark from the secretary - “have a nice day”. Very very bad or no service and very inconvenienced
