      Just got off the phone with National Seating & Mobility after waiting on hold so long that I was sent to another agent, I was told that my wheelchair that I have been waiting over 3 MONTHS for has to have parts ordered. The chair was delivered without tie downs or a seat belt. I told the person that delivered it and he said that’s so weird because they all come with the tie downs at least. The rude person on the phone (that said she is manager) said that having tie downs is a special request from the doctor. Iv been in a wheelchair for many years and have worked with a few other vendors and never had this problem. If you are reading this please look for another company to work with. Horrible customer support and outrageously long wait times to receive your order.

      If i could score a zero i would. If I could return my lift chair, I would. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! Leave voice mail because no one answers the phone. They say phone calls returned by 4 pm. NEVER do they call back!! Still waiting for a repair!! Crickets!!
      DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

      I don't want to give even 1 star. Dan from national seating as well as his mgt ignored all our complaints about a custom chair that was made for my mileage and to this date almost a year later she still does not have a chair that fits her comfortably and now he says she's in nursing home so her insurance won't pay him to help her anymore...anymore I called for more 15 times to get her a padded chair as she is in pain from the custom chair and I have gotten nowhere with the rep or mgt. Never get a custom chair from them as they don't deliver what they promise and she still has a chair that she can't use that's "custom" from them...horrible customer service do not use this company.

      My do nothing right I been working with them since late 2021 about renovation of my house fast forward to January 2023 I call back about getting a wheelchair and ask what’s going on with my status on home renovation that’s when they told me they closed shop for home renovations no body bothered to call me I was furious but calm down gave them another chance at getting new wheelchair this is where I made the mistake by going with them. It should only take 2-3 months any vendor to get you a wheelchair but today is December 20th yet to receive the wheelchair that’s 12months and each time you call them it doesn’t matter what extension you chose no one ever picks up there phone same thing with the national 800 number. But there recording says customer service is a priority to them. But if it’s a priority why don’t they ever answer the phones to address customers questions or concerns. If this lets me post videos I’d post the hundreds of videos I have of them here

      The ****! Over a month waiting for a repair, numerous appointments no call/no show and still a busted scooter. Then when I try to call to find out who died, there's not ****** answers AT NONE OF THEIR locations in my area. It's like they know I'm not going to sit here and be quiet until they decide to operate a business properly, and now they won't answer the phone. This company should be dissolved. At least that's the situation in the Northeast. I'm about ready to call my state's Attorney General about the situation. it's unconscionable.

      I was called by phone and was set up with an appointment for them to come to my house to measure my doors and all.
      They never showed up they would not answer my calls or my text was just completely ignoring me and flat out lied about everything they said they was going to do. Did not return not one call to even say they wasn’t coming. Still have not heard from them so I have moved on to another company. If their word is not dependable their equipment prolly isn’t either. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and I will give them a one star rating only because I can’t give a zero rating for (reaching out) just to lie.
      They did nothing but straight up LIE to me!!!

      I tried to work with the National Seating office at 1957 Pioneer Road in Huntingdon Valley, PA. My husband qualified for a chair in February. I asked numerous questions and was given a bit of a run around but was assured the chair would fit in my suv. We were charged $700 in May (balance from what our insurance coverage). NSM said the wheelchair would be delivered in June due to supply chain issues (understandable). From Jun-Aug there were numerous calls ( always someone different), emails, with planned arrival dates - some were no shows, most just changed at the last minute. Finally, by September, I had enough. I took an afternoon off and went to pick up the chair with my son. What a fiasco. The chair would not fit in the suv (we brought a ramp). The chair was also complex with an incredibly small touch screen (my husband has vision issues along with mobility issues due to MS). Obviously, we rejected the chair. Since September, we have been given the run around on the $700 refund (paid in May). Finally today (Nov 13), they processed the refund on my credit card. However, within 15 minutes, they called back and said sorry - we cannot do this on your credit card - it’s over 180 days. They will send a check. This is the only thing that they were able to do quickly - tell me I could not get an efficient refund on my credit card (that I used to pay with back in May). It is their bad business behaviors that caused the delay. I will now need to wait, watch the mailbox, most likely make multiple calls, then hopefully, run to the bank and cash the check. I have reached out to the rehab center at ********** ** ** and asked them to remove NSM from their vendor list. I already spoke with a nurse, and she agreed - she said they are difficult! Reading the feedback here on the BBB site is terrible. I plan to share my story with every contact, doctor, therapist, and insurance company.

      This is the worst company ever. They never answer their phones and they never get back to you. My son has been waiting for parts for over a year now. This company does not care about their clients and their needs. The sad part is that they own all the other companies in the area.

      Terrible service , long wait times waiting for parts says they are ordered weeks/ months ago its for a chair delivered in May of 2023 just found out they just submitted the paperwork so it's going to be even longer they removed the foot plate because it was hitting his tires leaving a upside down T bar now its puncturing his ankle now its infected they string thier clients along.

      My son has been trying to get chairs through this company for over a year and a half for his little boy who is disabled. These chairs could help my grandson. He has called numerous times and gets no response. . Meanwhile this company has his money and refuses to return his telephone calls. These chairs can mean the difference in the quality of life for my 3 year old grandson. The company just doesn’t seem to care. At this point we don’t know what to do anymore. Take a loss on money that we can’t honestly lose. It’s been over a year and it could make a difference whether my grandson can become mobile or not.
