      We have a standing order on our account to NOT use herbicides or pesticides on our property in *********, **. Today, the tech use herbicides on our lawn disregarding our order. When I called the customer service line, I got a lame excuse that the tech was new. This is inexcusable as an answer. She also confirmed the standing order is on the account which means either the tech didn't read the account before doing the treatment or he ignored the order. Also, the tech wrote on the bill that he tried to contact us but that we weren't home. This is a false statement as we were home and had he rung the door ***** would have answered the door.True Green has been irresponsible in send out an untrained tech to treat our lawn along with the fact that he was too lazy to actually take the time to speak with us. Had he done so, we would have instructed him to follow the standing order on the account. We intend to demand that True Green remove the charges for the herbicides from our bill and to follow our instructions in the future.

      On behalf of TruGreen we apologized for the inconvenience. We have credited this application and we have also added special instructions to the customers account to never use weed control on this customers lawn and to only use fertilizer.

      Not even worth the one star. I have used TRUGREEN for lawn care for years. By all accounts, my yard-according to their service guarantee and sales pitch-should look great. It should be weed-free and thick and healthy. BULL. Our yard has never looked worse. It is covered in several different kinds of weeds. If I can post pictures at the end of this review, I certainly will. Over the years, as the lawn has slowly gotten worse, I have called TRUGREEN to discuss it and always am told they'll send someone out to take care of it. Meanwhile, it continues to decline and they continue to charge my card $76 per month. The service people are NEVER at my home for more than 5 minutes, and the yard cameras always show the service person sprinting around the yard haphazardly throwing something down. My husband even physically watched them completely SKIP HALF of the back yard and when he asked the service person about it the employee lied and said he'd done the entire yard. Final straw- one of TRUGREEN's sales people knocked on my door today to sell me their lawn care service. I was under the impression when I saw his company name tag that he was at my home to discuss our service complaints. He was not. In fact, he had no idea I had been trying to get someone from TRUGREEN to contact me just that morning. Turns out, his pitch was that his company, TRUGREEN, could take care of all this (meaning my horrible weed problem and generally terrible looking yard). He said TRUGREEN treats all of the problems that our yard has and that they will make my yard look beautiful. Imagine his utter embarrassment when I informed him that mine was indeed a TRUGREEN yard and that just that morning I had been trying to get a representative to contact me to discuss service. Unfortunately, the look on his face said it all. TRUGREEN has taken thousands of dollars from us and in return we have a yard that is unhealthy, looks terrible and is covered in weeds. Crooks. I'd like all my money back!

      I received a text that Trugreen had arrive to preform my Tree/Shrub Spring Fertilization. I was home and did not see anyone. 10 minutes later I get the notification it was completed, it normally takes them 20+ minutes. We have several Ring cameras on the property and nothing! They charged us for doing nothing! I have Mosquito Defense as well. So I called and reported the issue. You have to talk to a call center that sounds to be out of the country. They talk you in circles and I was very frustrated. I finally said to refund my money. I have to wonder how many previous visits were skipped!! I see they say I have no services left, so I hope they do refund me my $1041.27.So BUYER BEWARE!!

      it began with different representatives calling from different numbers with each having different pricing and availability of services. then they came to house. i finally signed up and to arrive at home the same time as tech. i showed him 4 areas of concern ( nut sedge ) and asked him to check with me before leaving. 7 minutes later he was gone without speaking with me and doubtful there was any treatment. i phoned local office who promised tp send someone else out. few days later they came and treated back yard only. the third treatment was also done. the pre emergent did not work, ********** had no affect, and sedge grass still growing. I will never use tru green again

      I have tried to cancel my service with this company in *************** since February of this year, but they continue to call me several times a week to try to make me continue the service. They say they just want to make me happy. I have told them at the end of each call that I do not like their service and that I have already found someone else. I told them that they are harassing me and I will get an attorney if necessary. The woman today said, I just want to talk to you girl! I responded by saying will you please give up? Im exhausted. My husband is in a nursing home in very serious condition. I dont need harassment added to my life.

      We were a customer of ********************** for several years. It was our understanding that they were bought by TruGreen. Weve had some of the worst customer experience with this company. They came out to our neighborhood and serviced the wrong house, charged us for it and then took us to collections after 60 days without any notification until we received the collection notice. We will no longer be using this company at all and recommend they get their financial affairs in order and better understand what customer service means.

      Sent me to collections after 1 day of my credit card needing to be updated. Never sent me a paper bill or a request for payment prior to collections. I cleared the payment issue with them but canceled future services. Will not stop calling me to restart service. They call from all sorts of different numbers so I also cant block them.

      Im calling about Trugreen they had treated our grass at *********************************************************************. We told him that our grass was dying you could see where they drug the hose thats where all the grass had died our sides of our yard. Our front of our yard is completely gone. Weve talked to the manager. Weve had them out here twice they came again to treat the lawn, and I said what are you gonna treat my grass is dead dead so he left but we got charged for it anyway and not only that it cost me $3000 to have all new side put in. They told me the weeds were eating my grass And the head manager. I sent my pictures to. He said he would get right back with me. well its been over three weeks and I would just like somebody to pay attention. They owe me money I do not owe them would not recommend this company to anyone.

      If this company spends one-tenth of their marketing budget on their product then Ill be shocked. I called to get a quote, said No, thank you, and have been relentlessly harassed since. *** had countless calls, texts, and even home visits. I requested to be put on their do not contact list, but still get calls. One person said it could take A MONTH for that to work! There is no excuse for that. It didnt take a month for them to put me on their constantly-call list. At this point I wouldnt use their service regardless of the price.
