      Had service for seeding and aeration in September, aeration was poorly executed. Have many bare spots around my 2 acres of land. Had service for the lime application on 10/24/22 and the serviceman pulled up to my home, put a sign in the yard, and pushed his spreader around once in the front yard, nothing in the back yard or side yards. After he left there was nothing on the gound that indicated after he left that my lawn was treated. He was on-site for less than 10 minutes. Then left. The grass was wet with dew so wherever he walked there were tracks on the wet grass. I have been a customer of ********************** for years and over the years the service has diminished, especially this year, and prices continue to go up. I am tired of paying for bare spots, incomplete service, poorly executed lawn care, and poor service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

      Horrible customer service. Horrible ***************** Horrible customer service. No need to bore you with the details. Keep calling, keep getting told they will address the issue and they keep s******* up. Then they send me an email telling me they care. thy do not provide call back numbers to managers and do not respond to emails. Did I mention they have horrible customer service? I was forced to give them 1 star in order for the system to accept my review. it should be a NO star rating!!!!!!!

      A member of the corporate care team reached out to the customer to discuss the concerns they were having with the service.  The customer had several arborvitaes they were concerned about.  We coordinated with the local management team and worked with the to set up a property visit.  The arborvitaes are ******** due to the plant's natural shedding process.  The shedding is a little more aggressive this fall due to the hot, dry weather we had at the end of the summer.  We also let the customer know that the arborvitaes were planted too close together, and are starting to outgrow the area they are in.  At this time, there is not any additional treatment they need.  The customer confirmed they were satisficed with the property visit.

      Time will tell. Be aware you are dealing with aggressive sales people. 4 different ones called in the same day, all with different rates. I'm not sure about this company but had limited options were I live. Company is not well managed, to much tech, they tell u to use there app and bs from sales people. Hope the actual worker does a good job.

      I was sold one year service of weed control for $333. Never agreed for any other services. Never received an phone call nor email to add any more services. Today three months later realize they charged me an extra 87$ plus every month since first service and today I was told the $333 was not for one year as it was sold to me, but only three months. Thieves. Liars

      I signed a Contract on 3/23/22 for monthly lawn care- their welcome packet says the customer or they could cancel at any time. They came 3/28, 4/28, 6/27 but never came in May, June or August. I ended up having to sell my house and it went on the market in late July and closed on August 23rd. Since they had missed 3 of the 6 months I assumed they canceled. Apparently they came on 9/7 and sent me a bill for $102.00. I called to complain and tell them I wasnt going to pay them and they were rude and didnt care that they didnt do their jobs and threatened collections. They are pure evil, the service is horrible and they have zero integrity. The treated this senior citizen like trash! BEWARE!!!!

We apologized for the scheduling issues she had.  We explained this is not a monthly service, but it is scheduled every 4-6 weeks.  We explained the service continued because the customer did not call and let us know the house had sold prior to the scheduling of the last application.  Due to the scheduling issues she had, we did agree to credit the last application.

      I am very disgusted with TRUEGREEN (TG). They killed all of my bushes and plants and I will never use them again or refer them to anyone. I have been a customer for years and this year they evidently used too much of an ingredient that killed my grass, shrubs, and plants. Every year I would receive compliments due to my yards beauty by people passing in the neighborhood or when placed on ******** numerous responses due its beauty for both my front and back yards. My front and back yards were filled with color and detailed every other weekend by our landscaper. My grass was green with no patches and became bald. My landscaper also agreed my yard was destroyed by TG, even though the company never admitted their wrongdoing or tried to make it right by replacing all of the plants/shrubs they had destroyed. When I left a VMs for an immediate call back, the day after spraying, re the harm that was spreading rapidly throughout my yard, they ignored my calls and finally called back a month later after the damage had attacked the rest of my plants. They did not care. All of my plants died. It was not until we cancelled ALL services, ie., tree, shrub, etc., that they continuously contacted me trying to persuade me to keep the services. I asked that they send a specialist to investigate this issue. They sent the same guy to put more spray on my plants. I had to threaten TG that if they stepped back on my property I would take them to court. What they offered could not replace the 58 shrubs and plants I PLANTED on my own and the years of their full growth. Seven years of enjoyment of their beauty came to a halt on that day. I am furious! The hostages dried up in the month of June, the peonies died, the bushes died, etc. I have pictures to show the damages as these were submitted to customer service and nothing was done. I will never again use this company and if I were you seeking a lawn care service I would advise you to stay away as well. 0 review!

      Had service scheduled for aeration and seeding. Also monthly maintenance package. They canceled Tru maintenence appt on the 13th of Oct. due to truck breaking down (understandable). Called customer service to reschedule like the text said. Rescheduled but was told by customer service to do aeration and seeding first and cutoff for seeding was that week then 2 weeks later to do Tru maintenence to fertilize the new growth I was like okay so right. So I had those 2 appt scheduled for the 21st of this month then the 4th of next. On the 18th got a text they were coming out for my scheduled appt???? I was like what...so I called customer service. She said yes your Tru maintenance appt. I said that that was scheduled for the 4th of Nov. And !eruption for this Friday the 21st. She says I see the appt for the 4th but not the 21st and today. She was confused why I had 2 maintenance appt 2 weeks from each other and I said I never scheduled the 18th. She said let me fix this then said that she could get to my house for aeration and seeding the 20th which was in 2 days and then said let's schedule the Tru maintenance. I said I thought is was scheduled for the 4th She said no. I was like you just said I did for the today and the 4t. She said nope. I hung up cause she argued with me like I'm loosing my mind. Mind you I had pre paid ******* for the aeration and seeding. So I call back to talk to someone else. And that **** reads the notes on account to see what was going on she says that the lady I spoke to before didn't read screens right and that she canceled my Nov 4th appt and don't know why she done that. So she scheduled the appt for the 20th and rescheduled the 4th again. So we get a message on the 19th that they will he out between 1 and 6 to fo our aeration and seeding. At 4:45 on the 20th they cancel again. I call customer service and ask why. ****** says he don't have enough time to drive here to make appt. (Since the beginning of this the cutof

Corporate care agreed to cancel the account.  The customer is aware it can take 5-7 business days for the refund to process.

      On February 25, 2022, I paid Trugreen $318.93, in advance, for a full year of lawn service and $84.50 for grub control to address a problem with moles in my yard. The results of the treatments Trugreen provided were obviously very poor, in the overall condition of the grass, and the chickweed, clover, other weeds and crabgrass. I notified Trugreen and another treatment for weeds was done. In addressing the poor condition of the grass, the technician commented that it appeared the fertilizer previously applied (by Trugreen) may have burned the yard. The weed issue has persisted and the crabgrass got worse. It has become apparent that Trugreen's applications were ineffective and even possibly detrimental to my yard. The most recent scheduled treatment, which was captured by our security cameras, may explain some, if not all of the issues we have experienced. The Trugreen technician arrived at my home on 7/20/22, at 12:09 pm. He got out of his truck and put on a chest mounted-hand crank spreader.He started on the front yard at 12:12:05 pm. He cranked the spreader relatively few times and then proceeded to throw a few handfuls of (what I assume was fertilizer) on the front yard. He was off the front yard by 12:12:31. (26 seconds). He never got near all areas of the yard. He went around the house, and was captured by a camera doing the same thing in the backyard. He returned to his truck at 12:16:57pm, and drove away at 12:19:28pm. The service report states that the technician used a push spreader to apply ****** pounds of granular. He never took the push spreader off of the truck. Also, I'm not certain if the chest mounted spreader he used was full ( in the video, it does not appear to be), or even if holds ****** pounds of granular fertilizer.I requested that a supervisor or the local manager contact or call me. This never happened.They have repeatedly refused my refund demands.The video is available.

      Poor customer service. Did not complete the overseeding even after three scheduled appointments. Prepaid for the season which was a huge mistake! I would give them zero stars if I could. Very disappointed.

      I fired TruGreen. If you are not willing to aggressively manage your service, you will be very disappointed. Even with aggressive attention there is failure. One problem with my TruGreen franchisee was the constant turnover in technicians. I had at least 7 different techs during the span of approximately one year. Most were brand new to the job and could not discuss actual problems and solutions. The printout that they leave after service is simple boiler plate language, not specific to your lawn. Most techs are friendly. There is an occasional rude fellow. Few speak positively about the company. They complain about co-workers, having timed routes and not being paid when servicing the route takes more time than is scheduled. Consequently, it is pretty much hit and run service. Billing was an issue. The local set up a free aeration due to issues but the Corporate where billing is completed did not honor the free service. Routes are rarely supervised. I did establish a relationship with the supervisor. He was somewhat responsive. In sum, the service was a big headache and not a success. I ended up replacing grass with new sod. My lawn had more problems than any other lawn in my neighborhood. Keep a photo diary if you want any response to your complaints. They are a volume business. They rely on mass advertising to keep up the customer base and not on results. Techs are dispensable. Warm bodies filling a spot for the most part.

We offered to have someone come out and evaluate the property to determine what caused the damage. The customer declined.  She stated it has already been repaired, and she has already moved on to another company.  At this point, the customer does not want anything else from **********************.
