      Horrible customer service. Never called or texted before showing up for services. After one of their applications, our entire grass turned yellow. There is no local number & any time I called to talk to someone about our terrible service, they would never return a phone call. I have left 3 messages requesting to talk to a manager or have someone come look at the lawn, which we took photos of. They told me a manager would get back to me within 48 hours. Called on 9/10, 9/19 and 9/23. On the 9/23 call I told them to cancel all future services. They still showed up to do another application on 10/17 and then called us today (10/19) to try and sell us additional services. Still no call back from a manager.

      Thank you for your feedback.  A member of the corporate care team reached out to this customer.  We apologized for the issues they had with customer service and that they did not hear back from management as requested.  We assured the customer that at this point all service had been stopped, and no further service would be scheduled.  We offered to send a manager out to evaluate the yellowing of the lawn and see what we can do to help it.  She declined. At this point she wants nothing else from Trugreen.

      Trugreen charged me a significant amount of money for lawn services promising that my lawn would be weed free. Well my lawn has never been weed free this summer. I received the same amount of weed issues as I had when I did it myself at about 1/3 the cost. Even after multiple complaints and multiple reapplications I still have a weed problem. They say they promise satisfaction but they will not give me a partial refund. At this point that is the only way I will be satisfied. I would recommend that you stay away from Trugreen.JdhMinneapolis

      A member of the local management team visited the customer's property.  He determined that the weeds the customer had in the lawn were summer weeds, and due to the weather and time of year it is too late to treat them.  The manager offered to do the last service this year and the first service next year at no charge due to the lack of the results.  A member of the corporate care team will follow up with him after the first of the year to check on the condition of the lawn.

      From day 1, *** had personal say they completed a job but later when looking at my property cameras no work was ever completed or only half the property was completed. *** had missed appointments. *** had personal go and complete appointments to the wrong house. I was promised initially when I signed up that I would get a full refund if I was not satisfied and that never happened. Horrible company and horrible customer representative experience. Who by the way work from home and have limited access to what they can do.

      Do not trust TruGreen they are liars. After writing a review above about my horrible experience I received an email stating that the company has tried to reach out to me serval times without success. That is a lie. I never received any call from them. TruGreen is a dishonest company.

      True green is the worst company I ever had! **** in ****** **. I called several times no call back from him! Service to my lawn was hit and miss at best! Weed control killed my grass! Never leave a message about the application that was done or when it was left you could not read what it said! Save your self a hassle dont get true green! You will be sorry! ************

      A member of the corporate care team reached out to the customer. We apologized to the customer for the experience they had with us.  We offered to have the local management team set up a property visit to determine what can be done to help the lawn improve at this point.  The customer declined. At this point they wanted nothing to do with Trugreen.  The customer requested the account to be canceled.

      Giving a one star is being generous. I signed up to have weed control and insect control on my grass. This was in April in July we noticed our silver maple tree starting to turn yellow and loss its leaves. I was contacted by trugreen stating that they noticed our tree and would like to talk to us about getting it sprayed. When I contacted them they quoted me a price which I told them no because I felt it was caused by them so they agreed on a lesser charge which I agreed on. They never got back to me until I called again. Now 2 days since my last call I got a call stating they could do it for a certain amount. When I explained the situation they told me it could not be done because the tree is over 25 ft. They knew how big the tree was because this rep. said he could see a picture of it and also they contacted me initially regarding it. So now they are telling their is nothing they can do. This tree has been beautiful until this year and this year is the first time we have ever had tru green. Please steer clear.

      A member of the local management team visited the customer's property and determined there was nothing wrong with the silver maple, it is not damaged.  They will continue to monitor the maple next spring as it comes out of dormancy.

      ************************************* I bought my new home on August 31, 2022. My mom bought me a paid off the yearly service with Trugreen for a housewarming gift. Once the service was complete. Trugreen failed to send me a renewal form by mail as it was told to my mother via phone. I still have not received the form in the mail. On top of that, the service technician is poorly. They half-spray my backyard and spray the front and side of the home grass well. The reason for the complaint because I'm being billed for $56.87. As I mentioned above, the yearly service was paid off. Why am I being billed and no notification if I want to continue or not without my consent.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR LAWN CARE. Last Saturday, we had a service that was free because of poor work done on a previous visit. The tech got his hose caught on the extension from our down spouts of the gutter system. Instead of trying to get the hose away from the extension gently, he just pulled it and broke the gutter, which we had to replace.The same tech came to do the work yesterday and did the same thing, Called customer service and they promised I would hear back from a Manager, but never received a call. I cancelled the service and will never work with them again.

He was upset this was the second time this happened.  He stated at this point he canceled his service and gone with another company.  Customer was given the last application at no charge due to the damage that was done to the down spouts.

      They sent me to collection with no notice for a charge I did not owe to them!They have been arguing with me that I owe *****, I paid all my services in full plus got service for two of my neighbors that was paid in full! Every time I talked to someone they said that it was coded wrong and it was supposed to be a do over instead of an application. If it was any kind of company they should of just say forget it , but now I been having to deal with them of the balance they say I owe! Something is wrong with the billing system because they have nothing right on my accounts ! They said one account was canceled and never received any service, but it was paid in full for 5 applications!

A member of the corporate care team reached out to this customer.  They had multiple accounts, and when the accounts were consolidated into 1 account, there was an error moving the money.  We apologized to the customer, and credited the balance in question. We also reactived services at the property in question, and we will make sure the first 3 services at this property are taken care of next spring.  The customer confirmed **************************** with this resolution with corporate care.
