    There are two separate issues the business has failed to take accountability for: 1. There was a verbal agreement that trackless carpet would be installed in the home. Trackless carpet was not installed and photos will be provided to support this. 2. There are clearly visible seams in the carpet in multiple areas. In addition, the door leading to the basement heavily drags along the carpet upon opening and closing. No successful attempt was made to correct the carpet height or adjust the door to prevent this issue.The business and I verbally agreed to install trackless carpet within my home (living room, dining room, family room, four bedrooms, and the hall) on three separate occasions. A deposit of $6,000 was paid before services and an additional $5,000 was paid for the services. The date of order on the receipt lists 7-19-24. Only two installers came on the day of service when four were promised to complete the job. The business also promised me an antimicrobial spray would be used on the floors before carpet installation and this was not done. A thorough vacuum was also promised on the day of installation and was not completed. The business did attempt to correct the seams in the carpet at a later date. However, the seams are still visible and the basement door continues to heavily catch the carpet when used.
