    Mallory Fields does interior design for a fee of $250. They present something and then make revisions. They presented things that I asked specifically not to have. I am allowed to look at another fabric option, etc! They failed to ever make revisions by putting me off, saying they were busy, saying I was next in line, etc. My down payment and those statements makes clear the job was not finished. I shopped in their store while there was a sale and asked if 2 or 3 pieces would work in the design bc i was not sure. They said yes, they could pull it all together. 2 chairs and console. I asked if the console was too big and they said we would try it and if didn't work, we would get something else. They held my items so that we could deliver everything at one time. I gave them $10,000 towards my room, not to commit to items unless they worked. Finally they said they would deliver those and see what other pieces and go from there. Charged me $250 for delivery and walked out door barely saying goodbye. I called later and they said they weren't a good fit. I asked about my revision options and they said they were done and hung up on me. I want the chairs and console taken back and partial consult fee. The items do NOT look good bc the room isn't finished so not pulled together at all. Other problems as well but those are the ones I want resolved.
