My move 03/23/23 was delivered 03/24/23. I paid $2,921.04 with promised Full Value Protection of $30,000.00 with 0 deductible for $279 extra. I paid at least $1300 more than what normal movers quoted to have full value protection because I have all like new, valuable things. They damaged my like new desk and brand new dresser and a like new bar stool. After submitting the claim, they sent a repairman to place filler into the dresser crack and dented/scratched desk top. I refused and have waited for replacements for 3 months. Instead they sent a check for $250 ($50 for scratched stool and $200 for cracked dresser). I paid $658.49 for the dresser just months ago and never even put clothing in it yet (just out of box). Everything I own is meticulously kept. I have no pets, no children, no scratched things so I want what I had in it's condition prior to the move. The lead guy was on drugs and brought his girlfriend as the "3rd" mover for delivery and she was not able to lift anything and hung out in the truck outside. I asked for 3 people because I have a new piano and many heavy items and they only sent two guys. They sent a capable guy to help with the piano and then he left the two for the rest of my things (resulting in damages). My new dresser is cracked at the base where the leg is and is no longer stable. Filling this large crack would look terrible and would not make it stable for the life of it. It appears they forged my signature on a document they created with the check to try to lessen their liability stating the desk was already damaged (that the desk legs were scratched, soiled). I’ve included photos of my desk as it sits today and there are zero scratches etc., on the legs and feet still. Super imposing my signature on this typed document is the final straw. I want my dresser and desk back in their original condition. $658.49 for dresser (they paid $200), $446.83 for desk top replacement (they paid zero). Run from Armstrong. They have no customer care.

Armstrong in Knoxville has provided moving services for me and my company on more than one occasion. They have always performed in a professional, courteous manner in what is often a difficult situation. I would highly recommend.
