    Best moving company ever. Ronnie B and Ronnie S were the best, and so professional. We moved multi-states, including a Baby Grand piano down a steep driveway. They were warriors! They were so respectful, and they went out of their way to make our stressful move smooth. After two days travel, they were there on time and never stopped until the job was done. Literally our only loss was a cheap kitchen soap dispenser which had probably aged out anyway. These guys kept everything intact and helped us out so much. They were always friendly with the other staff and each other, just so positive and upbeat all the time. If you’re considering a moving company, look no further.
    Also, need to mention Blake. Blake did such a great job informing me of all the tedious details.

    Actual cost was totally consistent with estimate; The crew (Jared, Dalton, and Ben) were very respectful, very efficient, and very careful with our belongings. Gouffon Moving (Thomas) called the day before to confirm, and the crew arrived right on time. I’d definitely use Gouffon again if I need a local Knoxville area moving company in the future.

    We had 4 AMAZING guys for our move today, making a stressful day so much easier on me. Dalton, Jordan, Jared and Randy were on time, professional, friendly, and super efficient. The overall experience of booking our move and the actual move were both great, starting with Taylor Gouffon who talked me through the process and assured me that they would get it done quickly and professionally - and he was right! He even called our building to discuss parking and unloading options, as our move took us downtown on a Monday morning which can be tricky! I would gladly recommend Gouffon Moving & Storage to anyone moving in Knoxville!

    Don't bother looking for another moving company!! Gouffon is the best. Jake, Cody and Brandon are professionals. Friendly and courteous. A pleasure to do business with. Very careful with your furniture as if it were their own. Couldn't be any more pleased with our our of state move.

    Gouffon was great from start to finish. Jake and Cody met me out of state and took great care of my belongings as they packed the truck last week and then Grant and Jeremy did a wonderful job delivering my belongings today out of their storage facility. I cannot say enough good things about all four guys and the office crew that got me taken care of with a quick turnaround. I would definitely use them again for moving!

    We have used different moving companies over the years and this is by far the best moving company we have ever worked with! All of the movers, Taylor, Ben, Shaun, Jordan and Art were very hard working and took great care of us and the furniture moved. They even finished earlier than we thought and we had a huge move with lots of items that day. We were very impressed with them and I would recommend using this company for any move you may need.

    High quality service. Chase, Caleb, and Le'darius arrived promptly and took care of all of our needs. Very friendly group that took utmost care of our belongings. I highly recommend ******* for anyone that needs assistance moving.

    I just had a great move with the ******* crew members Chase, Lennox and Jared. These guys were awesome, they took special care of all my items and they worked really hard and got the job done in no time. They all had great attitudes and you could tell they enjoyed the work. They are a SuperHero team and I will be booking all my future moves with *******. ***** was especially attentive when booking the move to make sure the pricing was right and he was flexible with my move dates. Bravo and thanks again to the ******* team!
