    Ordered an above ground pool kit, pool is great but filter, skimmer and pump was junk! Skimmer, fitting and valves cracked as soon as they were installed! Lost over **** worth of water and was told I had to wait until the warranty team looked at my claim before anything could be done, then 5 days later was told that the problem was from an installation error from the sealant that we used! Company does not stand behind their products! Worst customer service experience ever! Don't buy from them unless you want problems!

    Very pleased with the purchase as well as support received after the sale. Renee B was very helpful when the sand filter was not functioning properly, and had a replacement sent within a few days of identifying the source of the problem.

    Thank heavens Justin answered the phone and solved all my problems quickly. I ordered handrails for my pool on my contractors phone and couldn’t finish checking out on your website. He assured me no problem and placed the order for me..I am replacing an old rusted out handrail on a 60 year old pool. Lots of family use it and I was so concerned about safety. Thank you Justin.
