    I ordered a 15' Garden Ride Slide and am very happy with both the Pool Warehouse and Dustin who was very helpful. Slide came faster than promised and was easy to install! Great experience

    This was my first time installing a pool, so I asked a lot of question. I worked with Brittany to get my order taken care of. I had an item damaged during shipping. I contacted Brittany and she got me in touch with Kimberly. Kimberly was able to get the item replaced and I started my journey building my wife's dream pool!!

    Dustin H. at Pool Warehouse is a rock star. He worked with my non-profit to get a part ordered for our outdoor water feature. He helped us get approved as a tax-exempt customer and then worked with us when the billing address did not match our physical address for payment. He is patient and friendly. When it comes time to order a back-up part for this water feature, I will definitely ask for him again.
