    I was shipped a different item from what I requested from the sales person and since this was a large freight delivery, it was a big issue to resolve and ship back. Chelsey from customer support was absolutely amazing in handling all the logistics! I have never had someone care so much to make things right and to constantly follow-up with me on status throughout the whole process. She left me with such a positive experience that I will definitely come back to Pool Warehouse for my correct order and for any future needs!

    I ordered two different pieces, an outdoor pool table and a poker table and chairs set. Both arrived quickly, are high quality and we are enjoying them. During my ordering process I worked with Dustin, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made the everything seamless, simple and quick.     I bought a pool table from them and the experience was super smooth and the customer experience and support was amazing. The delivery driver was great and did not have any issues or external damage from the delivery. After setting up I saw some scratches and scuffs on the table top and the customer service representative Jacinia was super helpful in getting that resolved and helping with warranty claim. Jacinia was super courteous and informative around all the questions and issues I had. She was also super responsive and quick. Really appreciate all the help provided by her and I would definitely recommend pool warehouse to friends and family.
