    We used them because they were $200 less expensive than the other engineers but you get what you pay for in this case! They promised a 3 to 5 day turn-around time but as of today we still have not received the results letter. Whenever we call to inquire about it the receptionist says the exact same thing and never follows through. I would not recommend them at all. The actual engineer, John, was great but the company itself is not professional and costing us money due to their poor business practices. Do yourself a favor and use another engineer.

    Sorry you feel our company has performed poorly. I'm not sure why because we inspected your home on July 14th and you receive your report on July 21st which is 5 business days. This is within our agreed timeframe based on our contract of 3 to 5 business days. When you made this complaint on July 21st at 4:39 pm you actually received the report. You did not open the report until July 23rd at 9:22 pm. Guess you did not need to report sooner. I'm not sure what else we could have done to expedite this process.
