    I have been renting from Richardson for about two years and a few months ago started having congestion and wheezing and its been going on for about 4 months. We recently had problems with our hvac unit going out and it took them about 4 weeks to fix it. The hvac company they use kept saying nothing was wrong and I have them on camera laying on my couch and touching my things while I wasnt home cause they have a key and theyre not supposed to be there unless the landlord is with them but anyways, when they finally did fix it I just recently discovered that there is mold all in our air ducts and vents and return (I have pictures) and I believe thats whats causing my respiratory problems and Im afraid theyre not going to do anything to fix it and its causing me health problems and I dont know what to do.

    Hello

    This is *********************** and I received the maintainance request regarding the heat and air unit. I called the maintencence company the we normally use and the repaired a condensate line that had a clogg and it took more thatn an hour to make sure that it was cleared and he stayed at the apartment during that time.  He has a reputable business and we had never recieved a complaint regarding his repair work in the past.

    I leased the apartment to ************* boyfriend ***********************; 11/2022.  She is not on the lease agreement.

    I did not know Faith  was unsatiisfied until I read a post on Facebook  that suggest she was living in a sub  statndard condition and  I immediately called her and  our business went to the apartment that day to see what was she was concerned about.

    We disocvered that the ac vents were experiencing condensation  and the dust causes it to look like mold but in fact was not mold.  ******* agreed to a fact that it was a dust and said that he worked for  a **************** previously and had no problem.  

    They are still tenants with  us and said they would like to stay there.  I vfeel we are owed an apology for the remarks made on social media.
