      I am rejecting this response because:  The  Request to Test the Pump to see if it Runs and Produces Water. Their Desire to pull the pump only entails more money/cost that I did not request.

      Their invoice was "very Vague" in details about the employees visit. When I called the Office the only response I got was : He didn't want the Pump pulled. I went to the Property, a 17 hour drive because I got No Satisfaction from Gentry except; He didn't want the pump pulled!

       I noticed that it is a 3 wire pump which in my experience the motor required a capacitor that would normally be in the contactor box. Therefore if his man only hooked a generator to the 3 wire, YES it will not run/operate.

       Maybe they need a more knowledgeable Mechanic.

        And yes, I spoke to at least 2 Non local residents and they share the opinion that out of staters are Not being treated fairly.

      Mr. Simpler, 

      On Jan 31, 2025 you called in a request for a service call to find out if the well you found on your property was usable. On Feb 10, 2025 our service tech came out to your property with a generator to test your well. Upon hooking up to the well, the pump in the well was not working. Our service tech contacted you to ask if the pump did not work, did you want him to pull the pump. You stated you didn't want to go that far with the evaluation. You were billed for the generator rental, a service call, and the time we are at the property. Our gas, insurance and labor cost are not free. If we go out to a jobsite to do the job, we charge for the job. It was not our fault that you requested that we not pull the pump. We work with a lot of customers that live out of state. We are not in the business of taking advantage of anyone.
