Postcard is used to set up a sales promotion for a Water Purification System.

Consumers receive a "Yellow or Orange Postcard" stating "We've been trying to reach you to "Deliver Your Package". Please call us today at 877-977-7223 so we can deliver your package promptly.

The BBB contacted MR Distribution about the postcard and questioned the advertising as misleading, due to the fact that it states something was trying to be delivered and did not mention this was a sales promotion.

The company stated: When a consumer calls we tell them their package consists of a family size bottle of Tide and a free water safety evaluation. When a customer sets an appointment they are under no obligation or purchase anything at the time of their appointment, therefore we do not feel this postcard is misleading.
