Renter beware, absolutely terrible company. They are unethical and should not be in business. They over charged us (double charged rent) $1600 and would not give it back until move out. At move out, they returned our money to the other tenant & parent (who was a co signer). We received 1/3 of the over charge put on on our credit card and they told us its our problem and now a civil case. They also do unannounced checks on air filters & smoke detector batteries and charged $75 for replacement cost in the middle of the lease. They replace broken old appliances with broken old appliances, I am talking a 20 year old refrigerator. Their accounting is terrible, they are disorganized and unprofessional. Terrible, terrible company. DO NOT rent from them.

Skyhawk rentals will allow any vendor or maintenance worker to enter your home unnannounced. I received a 50 dollar fee for having a dirty air filter. I use three month filters, and was told after that I can only use 1 month filters. I had not signed a lease with them at the time the fine was posted, but with the ridiculous clauses on the lease I shouldn't have. I didn't have these issues with the previous owners of the apartments. I have already reached out multiple times, but they are unorganized with requests and your personal information.
