    5/15/2024 I paid $1,000 deposit & signed a contract. AFW committed to installing a wall stabilizer system with a 25 year warranty on 6/25/2024. In the process the workers mistakenly removed bricks from a portion of the wall. In trying to redo the brick, wrong size bricks were used & the work was horrible. July 19th a second brick laying effort was made with right sized bricks, but the job was awful again. I spoke with district manager again when I returned from vacation. I offered to pay in full if AFW hired a brick mason. Or I would accept $500 credit (the minimum amount a mason would accept to come out & assess a small job). The manager refused both.

    American Foundation & Waterproofing called me just now & agreed to $500 credit toward my invoice if I drop the complaint now with you.  I am agreeing to that request.

    The floor is still uneven. Soft spots have developed.

    I was promised pictures of the work after it was completed and I would like those. They promised real paper pictures to review.
