    Randall has been an absolute gem- I have had him in my contacts since before the pandemic when he was invaluable in helping us with ever evolving travel changes. Recently, we went on an amazing cruise that he helped me set up and now I am getting his help with a big trip to Argentina. He is attentive, insightful, has excellent recommendations, and is just a joy to work with. Looking forward to many more trips in the future.

    Our self-guided trip to Normandy, France, was spectacular, where all the beaches were where the Allies landed. We were impressed with our trip, which was arranged by Randall Self. He also arranged for us to stay on Mont St Michele in Normandy, where we stayed the night. We took a train from Bayeux, France, to Zurich in one day to connect to our Cosmos Trip for ten days in Switzerland. Everything was planned out exceptionally well. We have used Randall for many trips, and he is very responsive when calling and handling minor issues. He also suggests side trips or highlights that we should see to make our trips more memorable.
